don’t use this company, they will trash your property, I’ve tried calling the company but as expected, no response, so I called UK energy who they did the work for, and put a complaint to them, but again not at all helpful

Bad interview experience
I was invited for an interview at this energy-saving company, followed by an in-person assessment. I was told I’d be contacted with the outcome shortly afterward. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, despite being assured I would. The process felt quite disorganised, and there was a clear lack of communication. It’s disappointing, especially when candidates take time and effort to attend in good faith. Professionalism and clear communication are essential — especially in a sector that relies on public trust.

From the Beginning through to the end…
From the Beginning through to the end of the air conditioning installation the attention to detail and listening to our needs could not be faulted. Jason and Adam (the fitters) were prompt, friendly, and methodical causing little disruption to our day. No mess, no mistakes, no problems. A breath of fresh air (no pun intended) to have a company that has pride in its work and really cares about the customer.

It was a great relief to discover, through Bark, Nick Ballard of UK Energy Services. From the first discussion with him it was clear that the attention to detail and the performance record were in a class of their own. I was impressed by the patience and commitment of his team together with the practical assessment of the issues on site. The work was carried out with the kind of efficiency and good humour that one needs for such a project . Any discussion of other relevant subjects is welcomed because a firm like this is quite hard to find. Oxford UK

A very good company to deal with for air conditioning!
UK Energy Services are a very good company to deal with. From the first contact that was made with regards to making enquires about the different air conditioning options available to me, right through to the installation and tutorial about how the equipment works, everyone that I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, professional and tidy. I really couldn't have asked for more. Nick who I dealt with on the sales side of things was very prompt and reliable with getting back to me, even over the weekend/evenings. He was able to answer or get answers that I had, which all really helped make this project a breeze to get completed. I was more than impressed with Jason and his colleague who installed the air conditioning at my property. They both worked very efficiently and were very conscientious about respecting my property and tidying up after themselves! The pricing was very competitive too. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for domestic air conditioning or heat pump systems for their properties.
