don’t use this company, they will trash your property, I’ve tried calling the company but as expected, no response, so I called UK energy who they did the work for, and put a complaint to them, but again not at all helpful

I was invited for an interview at this energy-saving company, followed by an in-person assessment. I was told I’d be contacted with the outcome shortly afterward. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, despite being assured I would. The process felt quite disorganised, and there was a clear lack of communication. It’s disappointing, especially when candidates take time and effort to attend in good faith. Professionalism and clear communication are essential — especially in a sector that relies on public trust.

Having dealt with numerous contractors over the years, I am delighted to say that the customer service, attention to detail and actual installation provided by UK Energy Services was truly outstanding. As my property is a very modern “lodge”, I had some exacting requirements regarding the aesthetics both internally and externally. The air conditioning units needed to compliment the interior and I did not want any electrics or pipe work spoiling my landscaped exterior space. With the very first contact by Nick and then a further visit accompanied by Richard to qualify the unique installation requirements, I felt confident that my brief would be met. The service was extremely consultative, Nick provided a variety of unit options based on my requirements, the quotes were competitive and there was never any “hard sale” The only glitch were supply chain issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and a consequent delay in sourcing the units I had decided were perfect. However, Nick kept me regularly updated and provided a revised installation date as soon as the 3 unit multi-system was available. The actual installation was stress free, with Richard and Jason heading-up a team who were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely tidy: I never saw any mess! All the guys involved were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking air-conditioning.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Nick was quick to arrange an initial survey of the house and tirelessly worked with us to find a cost effective solution to meet our specific needs; resulting in a 3 unit multi system. He kept on top of suppliers and made sure that the delivery of equipment arrived at a mutually convenient time. On the day of installation Nick was present to make sure his team and I were happy. The installation team led by Adam and Billy were highly professional, produced an exceptionally neat job and cleared away all the packaging leaving me completely ready to endure the next heatwave :)

My wife and I had air-conditioning put into three rooms, running off one condenser outside. Nick Ballard responded VERY quickly to my initial online enquiry and within three days had visited to discuss our requirements, with a quotation the following day. I subsequently raised a number of questions regarding some of the ‘finer detail’ and all were answered quickly. The initial intention had been for just two indoor units but, at the last minute, we added the third. Not a problem! The job ended-up taking three days, due to the complexities of one of the pipe-runs but we were not really inconvenienced. Installation was efficient and very tidy, the fitters (Billy and Rob) using a hoover to minimise the dust and debris as they drilled through the block and brick walls. They, and Jason, the Installation Manager who came to help part-way through, were the most polite and pleasant people to deal with, as has been Nick. From our experience, we would happily recommend this company.

Had our air con fitted in our bedroom a few days after being given a very reasonable quote. The whole team were brilliant to deal with and the whole experience was stress free and easy on the day of installation.

From start to finish what a lovely company to deal with. Did what they said. Provided a great product and installed it with great attention to detail. Not easy picking a company today, but what a great set of blokes. Will ask them back in a year to service the kit.

Service was great from the beginning. They made the right suggestions, told me how things were going to be and quote me a good price. Installation was also very good, efficient and tidy. Great friendly work from all involved. Nick and Jason I haven't had any need to follow ups, but given the service offered I expect their post-installation service will be equally good

From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service we received. Why did we go with this company? There were 4 main factors in this decision: 1. They are a small, local business. 2. Their quote was competitive with no pressure sales. Any questions we had were answered promptly. 3. The quality of the products they use - well known and established brands. 4. The excellent reviews they have received from previous customers - very reassuring and in our experience 5 stars are well earned. They were a great company to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Special mention to the fitters (Jason and Adam) who know their stuff, were efficient, tidy and did an excellent job.

We’re so grateful to UK Energy Services for installing air conditioning units into both our girls’ rooms. The service we received was exceptional! Nick responded to our enquiry promptly and didn’t put any pressure on us when we took some time to make our decision- I really don’t like aggressive sales tactics, so this was very reassuring. Once Nick had visited our house he gave us a really competitive quote. Jason and Adam who installed the units were brilliant;their attention to detail was superb, the respect for our home was really appreciated and they were just so friendly. I was concerned that having a 3 storey home would be problematic, but they assured me that it was actually very straightforward. Our daughters’ rooms are south facing at the top of a 3 storey house and the heat was oppressive, generally being about 24/25 degrees, or over 30 degrees on particularly warm days. Since having the units installed they’ve slept so much better and it’s so refreshing going into their rooms. I can’t recommend UK Energy Services highly enough. Absolutely superb!
