Missing part of my order.

This is actually a question. I had ordered a pair of slip-on mule style from Amazon. Though they are a bit wide, they seem to stay on well and are comfy. So I looked elsewhere and saw same brand slip on ( not mule) from a vendor on Ebay. The elastic is so tight, I couldn’t get my foot in the shoe. The shoes came in a box labeled with the UNI logo and there was tag attached with a string inside with the logo. Until I looked on this page, I didn’t realize these could be a knockoff. I’m still not sure. But they were more than half the price of the original ones I got. They look beautiful but I feel like Cinderella’s step sister. Could these be fake OR does this brand vary it’s sizing that much???

I bought the leather boots,they are the most comfortable boots,I have worn them most days for 18mths & keep the old ones for walking my dog,they wipe clean very easily,I'm now on my 2nd pair & I'm waiting on a shoe being delivered.

Website is easy to navigate and shoes were delivered in a timely fashion. Wish there was a Canadian website.

The shoes I ordered are too big (wide) for my feet. I returned them, at my expense, and after waiting 3 weeks for my refund and asking several times I've yet to get my money back. Please be aware that different styles have different fits - the first pair I ordered from amazon (Toledo) fit perfectly. The other pairs, of a different style, are wider. Customer support is ineffectual.

The quality of the shoes have dropped since my first purchase 2 years ago. I also received shoes that are not the same as pictured. The sizes are now running larger. Poor quality at inflated prices. Poor customer service. Over all terrible experience.

Absolutely Love them!!!! So very comfortable, and fun!! Getting ready to retire, and want to dress like an “in fashion” old lady…. Mission accomplished!! I want more! Trying to convince my husband to purchase - still working on that….lol

I now have 7 pairs, slides and shoes. Love them. The most comfortable walking shoes I have. I travel with them. Perfect for airports. Lightweight and washable. And just plain fun to wear.

I loved the shoes and still wear them due to comfort. I had to wash mine and quickly removed them and the colors bled. I bought them on eBay and was told sorry it has been over 30 days. Shoes are washable and I either got sold a pair of knockoffs or the quality of being colorfast did not exist. I checked the designers website and they mentioned buyers not to purchase ithe shoes from. Must be a problem. Buyer beware.

I can’t say enough good things about these shoes! I bought my first pair 3 years ago and now 6 pairs later I have not one complaint. They are super comfortable with great arch support in the insoles. I wear them all day at work in a busy medical office. They are fun and bright. They wash up beautifully too.

I have five pairs of these shoes in different designs. I love them. Great for walking and having the wow effect while in casual outfits. I want more, but they do tend to be a bit expensive. I will be buying more later this year.

I love these shoes! I have a few pair of slip-ons that fit perfectly well and are very comfortable. I haven't had to send any back, so I don't have the experience others say they have had. The designs and colors are so fun. I'll probably buy more!

Ich bestelle nun schon zum vierten Mal bei UIN footwear.nl. Da ich leider nicht in einem EU Staat lebe, muss ich damit rechnen dass relativ salzige Zoll Gebühren anfallen. Meine erste Bestellung waren die Reise Schuhe Sakura und Toledo. Es sind schöne Schuhe, bequem, aber sie geben den Füssen keinen idealen Halt. Zum wandern sind sie ganz bestimmt nicht geeignet, für die Flugreise oder Stadtbummel schon. Die Qualität ist gut, die Preise aber leider sehr überhöht. Mein zweites Paar waren schwarze Kunstleder Stiefel für den Winter. Sie sind toll, aber wieder einmal könnte die innere Einlage stabiler und von besserer Qualität sein. Definitiv super sind diejenige der Cazorla Linie. Das Profil der Sohle ist super, sehr gut angefertigte Schuhe, angenehm, gibt vom Design her. dem Fuss Stabilität. Aber, 200 € für diese Schuhe ? Der Versand ist zwar gratis, es dauert aber bis zu 1 Monat bis die Schuhe ankommen und Zoll Gebühren musste ich auch noch dafür bezahlen. Die Ware wird nämlich aus China versendet. Das Design ist spanisch aber die Herstellung und Versand findet in China statt. Sicher profitabel für beide Parteien, Entwickler sowie Logistik. Bin aber sehr zufrieden mit diesem Paar. Einfach die Schuh Einlage müsste von besserer Qualität sein, ohne den Preis zu erhöhen.
