Shoes are actually pretty good; however, the customer service is abysmal. I ordered 3 pairs - two never showed up, but they refuse to refund and keep jerking me around via email. The only way to get the refund is to complain through the merchant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I got my order, I sended a fiew messages but never got an answer. It says I can track my order but from there I can t get into the system/says order not found, although I got a message it left from China. Scamorder!!! Very disappointed, was looking forward to it, 100e down the drain. Think twice before you order.

El zapato está bien, aunque me clavaron 90 €, y ahora me los he cruzado muy parecidos en el Aliexpress por 17 €... Osea, me dejé estafar. No vuelvo a comprar ahí, ni en mi peor pesadilla.

This review is more about their return policy than their quality. I recently purchased two pair, including a sneaker type product. The top of the shoe rubs on my leg so they are unwearable. You can only return shoes once. You must pay the return postage and then choose another shoe. You may not receive a refund.

I returned a pair of sneakers and not only haven’t I received a refund but they ignore my emails. Guess I need to file a dispute with my cc. I am disgusted

Me siento estafada, se supone qué son zapatos echos a manos y confortables para tener confort en los pies! Naaada qué ver! He comprado tres veces y no son cómodos, son muy rudos, me hacen daño con solo con probarlos, se siente horrible, es increíble pagar £100 por estos zapatos què al parecer son de España pero dice echo en china😡 incluso uno de los zapatos se ve más grande que el otro, muy mala calidad a un precio muy alto! He visto zapatos de 10£ mejores. Comprè en España y me los envia Aliexpress 🤮

For that price I expected better quality - no box, poor quality glue, different from the pictures (much narrower around the ankle than in the picture). The packaging indicates that the value of the product is only 8 USD, which would be more in line with the value of the product than the amount I paid.

PROS: cute shoes, decent fit (although a lucky stab because there is no size guide, & as women know, fits vary between brands/styles), sale prices are good, shoes are comfy but little arch support. CONS: made in China--the "Spanish made" claim is a lie--shoes are shipped directly from China per shipping & tracking data; returns are a hassle-- & at your expense;

The shoes are shown with white birds on black background. I ordered on Amazon which also shows white birds. But the shoes I received are totally different in colour. The birds are brownish pink!? It totally spoils the look. Now I wonder if UIN is a scam. I don't think a Spanish company would do this. The prices are European prices - we expect European standards! Not acceptable at all.

I love UIN shoes for a number of reasons! I have had to have several surgeries n the past 2 years, which started my journey for function and comfort . I adore all of the fun and quirky motifs that are available for me. It has always been difficult for me to find shoes that r my size and cute( size 10 n womens). So I have had fun with wearing these shoes. I always hear remarks about my shoe instead of comments about my orthopedic boot. I can wear one of my 8 pairs of UIN shoes and know my foot looks good, feels good and they help keep me from slipping because of their ingenious sole. THANK YALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SOLE

I bought 2 pairs of shoes that I thought I would not have to lace up. I specifically asked this question before purchase. Also, of pairs that were exactly the same size, one was too small and one was too big. None the less, I emailed the company and I could have returned them, but they offered me a discount and I felt the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Low quality products. Good design but not good material.

Great slip ons. Have 5 pairs and wear little else. Arrive quickly. Love the designs.

This company does a really good job that makes him wonderfully comfortable shoes and everybody comments on them because of all of the art that is on them.. what I love most about the shoes is that I can get away with wearing them with dressy outfits because they are so colorful and professionally done and I have bad feet so that makes wearing shoes a little harder than most. And certainly I can’t wear heels anymore.

I love this brand. I have 20+ pairs of these shoes. I have my regular “go to” pairs because they fit better on my narrow foot but the ones that I don’t wear as often I still love because of tue artist flair that they have. I am not really a sneaker person but I bought a pair recently from in footwear and I have been wearing them more than I thought I would because they are extremely comfortable. I would be really surprised if you tried the various types and didn’t find your “go to” pairs as well.

The shoes I ordered are just as pictured and perfectly sized. I love them.

Shipping is too long. I think the shoes are less in quality than in previous years.

My favorite shoe company! After ordering my first pair via Amazon, I found the UIN website and discovered they had hundreds of choices. I've got mostly Toledo 1 shoes, in a variety of patterns. I especially like the knit uppers, but all of their shoes are comfortable as well as attractive. Don't wear them if you don't want to attract attention. But when you do, you'll be able to walk miles in comfort.
