Worst customer service. Send item back at my cost a month ago...still no refund. All my emails are ignored. Stay away from this company!

Love my new shoes. They arrived on time. The colors are beautiful and very comfortable
I wrote a complaint about Uin footwear in September 2022. I have just received a reply on 15.5.2024. I am given apologies and assurances that they will help ( after nearly 2 years.) Having disposed of the ill-fitting shoes a long time ago, I think that this manufacturer is a joke.
Really love these shoes. I had been looking at them awhile and finally bought them. Unique and wonderful design and the fit and comfort is perfect for travel. Lightweight but nice support, I may buy another pair in a different color/design.
The shoes arrived and were very uncomfortable. I've been trying to return them and am still waiting for instructions.
Love the shoes...but they're pricey and took way too long to get here!!
I absolutely LOVE these shoes!!! I ordered one pair and they are SO BEAUTIFUL, SO COMFORTABLE, I have ordered 2 more pair!!!! My foot is narrow but my toes are wide so these shoes are perfect!!! You feel like you are walking on clouds!! I have 3 more pair I am going to order!!! So many Beautiful patterns to choose from!!!! Just wish it didn’t take as long tom for them to arrive after you place your order!!!
Habe im September 2023 Stiefel bestellt und bezahlt. Seitdem 4 x Mails geschrieben. Keine Reaktion. Keine Stiefel. Kein Geld zurück. Werde jetzt eine Anzeige machen. Null Service!!!! Hatte bisher immer über Amazon bestellt und bin dort sehr zufrieden. Aber die Stiefel gab es dort nicht mehr, deshalb hab ich bei UIN direkt bestellt. Großer Fehler.
Super cozy, arrived quickly, very cute!
I love these shoes ordered them online. They shipped quickly. They are comfortable and very fashionable. I will purchase more.
Too much trouble to buy shoes from them. If you never tried their shoes, don't buy it. They will send you the shoes size too big or too small so that you have to return them, or the package missing. There is NO Free return, and return process took a very long time and yet still not refund your money. Super frustrating. I will never buying shoes from them again.
