Fast delivery good quality I like it

Adorable shoes. Long delivery time

The shoes are great looking & nice quality but run wide. When I wanted to return them, customer service was quick to respond; however, they first offered an exchange. It took a second email to get directions for a refund and even then it was unclear if I would have to pay for postage back through the post office (which was very pricey). I ultimately decided to keep the shoes but I'm not happy with the fit.

The shoes that I purchased are super comfortanle and very stylish. I can't wait to wear them with my summer dresses and shorts.

First I thought this shoes is made in Spain. Its really cute and colorful. Sizing and comfort are fine. I honestly was hesitant to purchase and not careful enough to read reviews. If the shoes do not fit and you do not like the color, you CANNOT RETURN IT!! Exchange is okay, you paid your shipping fee to the company. They will direct you where to return the items. After reading the review, I am not sure whether I will get a refund or not, even if I paid to return the shoes. I ordered 5, keeping 4 of them pair #5, unsure if It will be safe or not to return them and not receiving the refund... Too bad, I wish they have good customer service and RETURN POLICY. They lost customers by having such RETURN POLICY, basically NONRETURNABLE EXCEPT DAMAGE quality issues.

Having previously bought boots from UIN when they went on sale I ordered another pair,unfortunately I'm still waiting on them being delivered only to be told they are out of stock,when I go online my size is available to order,I have repeatedly E'mailed & have had no reply,extremely disappointed with the service,could someone look into this,order No uk3229,still awaiting this to be refunded.

The shoes fit perfectly to size, are very lightweight and have great wear quality. Shipping time was within expected parameters and they let you know where things ate at the whole time.

Returned a pair of shoes 2 months ago . Still waiting on the refund. My emails and WhatsApp messages go unanswered

I ordered boots last August 2 but I didn’t receive my order. The name of the online store is De uin footwear. I tried to send them emails but no reply yet. I have a feeling it’s a scam site but still waiting for response.

Schade schade schade, die Schuhe sahen auf dem Bildern echt gut aus aber das ist auch das einzig Gute was man berichtet kann. Lieferung dauert ewig und Infos bekommt man auch nicht. Die Schuhe sind da Geld definitiv nicht . Da kann ich auch einfach Badeschuhe tragen, hat denn gleichen Charme und Look. Und auch die Rückgabe ist eine pure Katastrophe, Rückgabe nur bei Qualitätsproblemen kostenlos sonst auf eigene Kosten und eigenen Versandweg. Wenn die Sendung dann laut Dienstleister schon längst angekommen ist kommt keine Bestätigung sondern erst auf Nachfrage und dann heißt es Rückzahlung nach 30 Tagen. Die 30 Tage sind um und ich renne dem Geld hinterher. Lasst das besser, das ist es nicht Wert

Their shoes are great. Their customer service is condescending and unhelpful. I ordered a size 9 in one shoe, and I received a 9 1/2. When I asked for a refund or an exchange, I was provided with a useless sizing chart indicating that because my shoes were coming from Japan, EU sizes applied, and--according to their charts--there is no 9 in EU sizing. Can't get a refund for the shoes because I lost the tracking number, although I paid for them AND sent them back. Another pair I ordered were the wrong size (my fault), and I lost my money on those as well due to said tracking number issue. So I'm out over $200, and I don't have any shoes to show for it. Worst customer service/return policy I have ever dealt with. I will never buy from this company again.

I order something that never arrived, and for now I am on procedure to get my money back ! Don't trust this site !

Me parece una animalada el aumento de precio . Yo, ya no puedo comprarlos. Y cundo dicen que están rebajados no es cierto.
