Bad experience: return for a refund
The shoes I ordered are too big (wide) for my feet. I returned them, at my expense, and after waiting 3 weeks for my refund and asking several times I've yet to get my money back. Please be aware that different styles have different fits - the first pair I ordered from amazon (Toledo) fit perfectly. The other pairs, of a different style, are wider. Customer support is ineffectual.
