They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

I cancelled their free trial quite some time ago. The bank account I used to sign up is an account I rarely use, but the minute I transferred some money into it,they've taken it straight away. Absolutely ridiculous.

I will go out of my way — deliberately and relentlessly — to ensure every educator I encounter in China knows exactly what kind of service Twinkl provides: money-hungry, dismissive, and utterly devoid of respect for loyal customers. I’ve been unknowingly charged for six months with zero usage — which your own system confirms — and your idea of resolution was a token $9 refund and two free months of a service I explicitly said I no longer want. That’s not goodwill. That’s a slap in the face. This experience has cemented my view that Twinkl no longer cares about educators — just subscriptions and revenue. Your customer support is hollow, your gestures insulting, and your attitude toward accountability is cowardly. So here’s what I will do: at every single teaching conference, every school open day, every training event, and every casual conversation with an educator, I will promote every alternative to your service. I will highlight your lack of transparency, your complete disinterest in fairness, and the superior quality of local competitors here in China. You’ve not just lost a customer. You’ve created an enemy with a voice — and I will use it at every opportunity. May this be a lesson in what happens when you take educators for granted.
