They said I will receive my refund
They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Always amazing
Always amazing. I use twinkl resources as a home educator to a SEND child. The resources are amazing, plan it is hard but once you get the hang of it really helps build lessons. I love rhino readers and the sister apps that go along side Twinkl, they are easy to use and my daughter loves them and interacts really well with them. I have used coustemer services a few times and they have always been kind and supportive with helping me.

Es ist sehr schwierig zu durchschauen
Es ist sehr schwierig zu durchschauen, wie man eine Probemitgliedschaft kündigen kann und ist man in die Abofalle getappt muss man ebenfalls sehr gut aufpassen um wirklich zu kündigen (dreimal bestätigen), das ist nicht kundenfreundlich.
