They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Team Twinkl at the helpdesk are so helpful and friendly. Contacted them recently about a problem. They were able to offer a few solutions for me to try and offered more support if those didn't work. Luckily for me the first one I tried solved my problem! Not forgetting the resources are amazing as well!

I raised an online chat regarding a payment which was a subscription renewal but due to many of our staff changes, we did not know what the log in was. Becky helped establish the login details and I was able to pass this on to the department, who are extremely pleased to finally have access. Becky has also provided me with the instructions on how to locate the invoice/receipt for my records

I was logged out of my account and when the password recovery email never arrived, the support staff were quick and very helpful! They located my account, informed me of the mistake, and even provided me with a temporary password to allow me to easily log in. Ellie was very professional and kind, and I'm sure the entire team is just as fantastic!

I recently forgot to cancel a free trial and was charged for a month. I contacted twinkl explaining the situation and Arvin sorted things out for me quickly and without issue, cancelling the subscription and starting the refund process.
