They said I will receive my refund

They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

The company automatically deducted…

The company automatically deducted money from our account even though we never wanted any kind of ongoing relationship and never agreed to one. It has become a norm for such untrustworthy companies to steal and say sorry if and when caught. What are the chances such companies will be getting my money or a good review online or otherwise from me in the future. Slim chance.

Great starter resources, scummy business tactics

The resources provided can be an incredibly useful tool, but unfortunately weren’t relevant to my current setting. I believed I’d cancelled my subscription, but turns out the final cancellation webpage is the one webpage not properly adapted to mobile devices, so it appears that you have cancelled when in reality you haven’t, so I’ve been charged again. I know all subscriptions have a “are you really sure you want to cancel” pop up, but it’s almost reaching parody levels of ridiculousness when clicking yes I want to cancel on three different webpages and providing feedback on why you want to cancel your subscription, isn’t enough to cancel it, with the final page being the one page on the site not fully adapted to mobile in such a way that it appears you have successfully cancelled when in reality you haven’t.

Be cautious with this company if you're…

Be cautious with this company if you're considering a free one-month subscription or canceling after a few months—I wouldn't recommend it. I canceled my free subscription before the month ended, and it was confirmed today that it was indeed canceled, yet the system kept charging my friend's account for three months. He had lent me his card, and today he noticed that this subscription doesn't even show up in direct debit, meaning it can't be blocked through his bank. Despite clear evidence that the account was unused and the subscription canceled, Twinkle refuses to refund the full amount. I won’t let this go unanswered. Thank you for you reply but can you explain to me who's reopen my account day after I canceled my subscription? It wasn't me but this greedy company did it. Can you also let everyone know if you refund all 3 months or just one month? No one used the account after deleting the free trial subscription!
