They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I’ve been using Twinkl for over 5 years now to homeschool my three children, who are all different ages in primary school—and honestly, it’s been perfect. The resources are incredibly varied, high quality, and easy to adapt no matter what stage they’re at. It’s saved me so much time and stress over the years! Customer service has also been amazing—every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick, kind, and super helpful. I genuinely can’t fault it. I recommend Twinkl to every homeschooling parent I know!
