They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

If you're on the fence about subscribing - just do it! I have been a subscriber on and off for about 10 years but it got to the point where I couldn't live without it because it had exactly what I needed and as a teacher, we don't always have the time to create materials. This has everything at your fingertips (I am an ultimate subscriber but it is WELL worth the £12.99 a month!) Each day there seems to be something new and we know education is constantly changing but Twinkl will never leave you behind. I have contacted customer services a couple of times now and it's always a prompt and personal response. These people care about their customers. When you're really struggling, they feel like colleagues!!

I cancelled my Twinkl subscription within the 48-hour refund window stated in their cancellation message, yet they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they claim I should have made a “separate” refund request — something that was not clearly communicated during the cancellation process. Very disappointing and misleading. Be careful — cancelling your membership doesn’t guarantee your money back. Poor customer service, and I won’t be using this platform again.
