They said I will receive my refund

They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Twinkl is such a helpful site

Twinkl is such a helpful site, and they’re so efficient with resource enquiries and are always on their feet. Such a a lovely educational site, with excellent staff and management, as well as a strong love for knowledge and tht curriculum❤️

Kindness and creativity in one place — I want to be a part of it!

I only started using Twinkl two days ago, and even though I haven’t explored the full site yet, I already feel the kindness and support that make this platform special. I accidentally signed up with my credit card but wasn’t ready to use the paid service. I was a bit nervous at first, but your support team helped me right away. They listened without hesitation and removed my card and payment info very kindly. I felt safe, respected, and valued. I said this already in the chat, but I want to say it again here: "I really appreciate how your company treats its clients — you listen, you help without hesitation. That’s rare these days. It honestly makes me trust and respect your team even more." Joy from support was so kind and helpful. The way she replied made me feel like a real person, not just a user. That human touch means a lot. Beyond the great support, I’m impressed by how easy and user-friendly the platform feels, even though I’m still new. I can already tell Twinkl cares deeply about helping educators and learners succeed. Twinkl make a difference to primary schools

Thank you so much to Twinkl who gifted our school a voucher that I used to buy 5 wobble cushions for SEN pupils. I can already see improvement in these pupils' concentration, due to the sensory feedback. Thank you Twinkl for your generosity.
