If you're on the fence about subscribing - just do it!

If you're on the fence about subscribing - just do it! I have been a subscriber on and off for about 10 years but it got to the point where I couldn't live without it because it had exactly what I needed and as a teacher, we don't always have the time to create materials. This has everything at your fingertips (I am an ultimate subscriber but it is WELL worth the £12.99 a month!) Each day there seems to be something new and we know education is constantly changing but Twinkl will never leave you behind. I have contacted customer services a couple of times now and it's always a prompt and personal response. These people care about their customers. When you're really struggling, they feel like colleagues!!

At points I would have given them 0.

At points I would have given them 0. By the end I would have given them 100 because of getting the mortgage completion done on time and the relief I felt (I'm doing this remortgage for the first time and on my own so the panic was real) There was a lot of time in between actions on the tracker that nothing was happening...every time I ticked one thing off the tracker on the portal, something else popped up and it felt like it was never going to complete on time. If all those things need to be completed, then have EVERYTHING up from the start. I kept emailing them (they tell you to email for the important stuff only - this is over £100,000 we are talking about. IT'S IMPORTANT.) and their replies were a bit vague, not reassuring really and took days to get a reply. However, the mortgage did complete on time and everything was ok but whilst I was waiting, it felt like eternity. I went from a Natwest mortgage to a Halifax one but it looks like many banks use them. Keep the faith but this is a lot of money so please keep contacting them if you feel you need to.
