They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

I have been using twinkl for a number of years which has been great. Yesterday I renewed my membership and paid full price. Today I got an email to say I could get 20% off purchases for annual membership this week. I emailed twinkl and Emma immediately gave me a refund so I could get the 20% off deal. Excellent service.

I've always used Twinkl throughout my career. I had an issue with my email and login and Emma and Beccy were so helpful. The issue was sorted immediately!

It wasn't great to begin with as I was in a repetitive merry go round with the chat bot. The things it was directing me to weren't there and it was a bit of a nightmare. Eventually I got through to a lovely human who did what I asked immediately without any further explanation.

NOOOOOOOOOO!!! Not for busy professionals. The amount of time I spend mucking about on Twinkl when I'm in a classroom trying to quickly find suitable resources for a student who is melting down is ridiculous. So I canceled the service..only to find I'd been charged the next day!! So I went back to check and after selecting cancel 3 TIMES- and the page seeming to suddenly decide to take forever to load (suspicious) There was still another cancel to select!!! I was the middle of class. I would expect to only have to press CANCEL-. ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CANCEL - YES I AM! Not a 3rd time and 4th time!!! I had one heck of a day with students being abusive towards me and protecting other's from harm and then I have to deal with a manipulative process just to sace having to pay for a sevice that I've not used! I will be adding the screen shots to google review and all other avenues. I am furious!
