They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

I asked if we could use their worry worm poem, although our own pattern, in order to help raise funds for our charity which helps SEN children. After a few well placed questions to which I happily responded to they gave us permission. Thank you Twinkl!

I asked if a resource could be made in a particular font, I receive an immediate reply and less than 24 hours later Jennie sent me the new activity, and suggested I look at their TwinklCreate page to make my own resources using their images and templates. You couldn't ask for better service. Twinkl is amazing.

I've been using this website/ subscription for a few years. The website has really good resources and materials across various subjects. Even if you're not using the British National Curriculum, it can be used with other curriculums. Resources are well prepared and able to engage the students. Customer Service was also excellent. Emails to them were replied to within a day and the staff, Laura, really did her best in answering to the queries and helping with the membership details. Highly recommended!

The resources are great. Well thought through and stimulating for the children. There is a fabulous range of material available and more keeps coming. I have yet to not find what I needed. I have had a membership with Twinkl since they started and I retire in June. The team has been amazing at sorting out my membership ad closing it down just at the right time. The two team members that I have dealt with about my membership have been polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Well worth the fee.

After a brief exchange of emails my problem was resolved and money was put into my account I was very happy
