DODGY! Make sure you push cancel 90 times to avoid fees!

NOOOOOOOOOO!!! Not for busy professionals. The amount of time I spend mucking about on Twinkl when I'm in a classroom trying to quickly find suitable resources for a student who is melting down is ridiculous. So I canceled the service..only to find I'd been charged the next day!! So I went back to check and after selecting cancel 3 TIMES- and the page seeming to suddenly decide to take forever to load (suspicious) There was still another cancel to select!!! I was the middle of class. I would expect to only have to press CANCEL-. ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CANCEL - YES I AM! Not a 3rd time and 4th time!!! I had one heck of a day with students being abusive towards me and protecting other's from harm and then I have to deal with a manipulative process just to sace having to pay for a sevice that I've not used! I will be adding the screen shots to google review and all other avenues. I am furious!

Disgusting 5 months of NO customer service for a brand new item

The epitome of disgusting customer service. … On the 9th of April I purchased an Esatto Heat Pump Dryer on Ebay from Aplliances online. 10th of April I got and email from Winning Appliances saying it would be delivered to my address on the 11th. So I stayed home all day waiting. NOTHING and no reply to my communication. Then I got a text saying it would arrive on the 12th. Waited home all day, NOTHING AND no response to my communication On the 16th same message again but I couldn't stay home from.. work again. I had to leave at 3 to come home and relieve the delivery but I couldn't have it installed as paid for as I had to get back to work. Started the appliance and it clunked like a lawn mower. Reported the problem. I asked for exchange bit they don't do that like Bunnings, or Harvey Norman, or Goodguys. I had to wait for someone to come and REPAIR IT! And make sure I didn't damage it! Even though it was brand new. They claimed I didn't have it installed as planned! Excuse me! I waited home for 2 full days to have it installed but you didn't provide the goods and then had to leave work to receive it! And then I heard nothing.. for 5 months!!!!!! Finally I got a call from Esatto saying they were going to provide and exchange and I should wait for Appliances online to contact me.. 10 days later Winning services contacted me They offered exchange or refund. I asked for an exchange.as i can't be without a dryer. Sorry you can't have exchange we don't have one!!! What?! Why offer then!? So they arranged pick up . I waited home all day but had to pick the kids up from school...I was gone 7 minutes.. they picked it up then. No confirmation email, no text but I do have them.on CCTV as I wouldn't put it past them to steal it and say they don't have it.. STILL no confirmation it has been collected 3 days later! I contacted them to ask for refund so I can buy another. Ignored me I wrote a negative review in Product Review and received a response saying please contact us so we can sort this problem for you. So I did...the response was disgusting!!! Being me! I have never had such a disgraceful experience with a company.. They are the absolute pits. I will never buy from them again. ..Appliances online, Winning appliances, the manufacturer?? No one is responsible! So now I have no dryer or money. I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs and due to their rudeness using every avenue available to address this appalling issue. Victoria is a complete embarrassment on top of all else. She claims the refund has been processed and it's my bank's fault! It has not been processed at all. Paypal would record a refund
