TurnKey Vacation Rentals

We had an amazing stay in St Pete Beach at this turnkey property. The furnishings were perfect and the kitchen was full stocked with anything you thought you might need! When I did have a small concern, they were quick to react and handle the situation. I would highly recommend this place for both the amazing view and the house.

Turnkey Illume | Chic Music City Hideaway | Huge Balcony, Nashville - Reply to Turnkey’s reply to my first review - I declined housekeeping as I didn’t want painters and housekeeping personnel interrupting my vacation. I wanted to go elsewhere immediately upon arrival. Why give housekeeping a chance to do their job correctly when they didn’t before my arrival? For the record, I did not accept the $250 refund I requested additional compensation as I felt that was an insulting amount for the experience.

My family originally booked our Florida vacation through AirBnB because we know and trust AirBnB mostly due to their fairness and transparency. When our vacation rental was purchased by Turnkey Vacation Rentals we were happy to see that Turnkey honored our reservation. So our initial impressions of Turnkey Vacation Rentals was very positive. All was well until my wife had to undergo emergency surgery to remove a tumor. We returned home from the hospital with medical restrictions on travel and sadly had to cancel our planned vacation 21 days before our trip; our children were devastated. We were really disappointed when we called into Turnkey Vacation Rental customer service to hear their cancelationpolicy is non-refundable within 30 days. We anticipated some sort of penalty this close to our planned vacation (like most travel companies such as AirBnB, the airlines, the rental car, ect), however a complete loss of our money seems very harsh. It is truly gut wrenching to not only have to give up our family vacation in light of the medical issues, but to then lose all of our vacation funds that we saved for, and then be left without funds or a vacation for our children. I asked the Turnkey Vacation Rental Customer Service representative if there were any alternative options such as: 1. apply the standard 10% cancelation penalty fee to our existing vacation since we have extenuating medical exemptions 2. rebook our vacation with Turnkey Vacation Rentals in November 2022 when we are able to travel again 3. kindlyachspeak to a manager to discuss the situation to find a reasonable compromise (we provided as much notice to Turnkey Vacation Rentals as possible) The customer service representative only replied with, "No. Is there anything else I can do for you?" We are more than willing to work with your management and would like to find an alternative solution for both parties. We have already lost so much money having to cancel this trip due to these extenuating circumstances. We'd hope you will understanding given our situation, but even with emails to customer service we have heard nothing. We are so sadden by this experience. We would have given Turnkey Vacation Rentals another opportunity with a rebooking, but now we are left without our vacation and money, while Turnkey has plenty of time to rebook another renter and double their earnings. The place was in good shape though slightly dated with almost everything we needed. There were a couple of things missing but the local team addressed those quickly. The location was great and close to the things we wanted to see. The size and configuration of the apartment with a decent size bathroom worked well for us. Being on the first floor was great as well. Sunsets on the lanai were a big highlight.

We made reservations about four month ago for our Thanksgiving vacation at Myrtle Beach with a total of three couples. Then about a week ago, Turnkey called me and said that there was constructions in progress at the location where we were staying and told me at the last minute they needed to move us to another location. The new location had three rooms, but only two bathrooms. They did not offer any kind of deductions for the inconvenience, when we paid the full amount to get three bed and three bath. I called over six times to have them fixed the issued they created by not letting me know on time so i could look around for another place to stay with all the rooms and bathrooms need for the same price. No one called me back to clear the situation and I was left with no vacation home to go with my friends.

This company is a scam- they take folks' money for vacation rentals, they are extremely rude to both renters and homeowners, they don't allow renters to cancel or change reservations (so they steal money and re-book to double their profit), and they don't take care of the houses they rent yet steal homeowners' rental income.

We had a wonderful time at the house, the amenities are nice, we especially enjoy the kitchen/dining area. A few minor improvements would be to provide more paper goods such as paper towels, kleenex, and napkins. Also some basic kitchen supplies like foil, and extra salt and pepper to fill shakers.

Loved the location and the Condo / it was clean and just as described!

From booking to staying in a great location was very easy , the pictures of the cabin was spot on with a great view of the mountains from inside the cabin to the outside deck

The directions to the property were clear. The views from the house were beautiful - both sun rise and sunset. The home was well equipped for 4 couples and had plenty of places to sit and read or take in the views. We enjoyed cooking meals and serving on the patio or the dining room. Thanks for a wonderful few days of escape.

Great place!! Loved the views!! Road to get there was interesting but still fun!!

The house was great for five women who all had their own room and own bathroom. The old house had lots of character and we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and singing. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs bedroom had a heater that didn't work, but at least it wasn't too cold at night. Great location. Easy walk to the beach.

This trip was to celebrate our anniversary and was an amazing experience. The property was impeccable! It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and everything was in like new condition.

We had a great experience at our place. We were lacking in towels for 8 women, but the property manager came and brought them to us in a very timely manner. It was definitely an Uber ride to downtown, but not expensive at all. Everyone was very comfortable with the sleeping conditions.

Great location - walk a block to the beach and a bunch of great restaurants. The pool and hot tub were awesome too. Condo is fairly small but had everything we needed. Stayed with our two little kids and everything worked out great.

The views from this property were stunning and the house was well appointed. Very private, even though a tenant lives on the property. Thank you.

Overall great experience. Access to beach was a short walk without gear. We used vehicle to drive short distance for beach access to drop off gear. House was well furnished and we enjoyed our stay.

Lake Buchanan House Terrific lake house. Everything you need to enjoy the lake and more. Lots of deer, geese, and feathered friends. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed in the Master. Extremely quiet. Would return for sure

I booked a cabin for my anniversary in October for the weekend of the 29th in Gatlinburg. Everything was so beautiful. Management messaged back immediately for questions I had. They were super helpful and the place was super clean. I will definitely book again.

We had a good experience renting a house managed by Turnkey on the Oregon coast in October. The house was the cleanest priory we have ever checked into so kudos to the cleaner. Communication was great. They answered my text about two small issues right away & said they would come by the next day. But no one ever showed up. They were little things so it was not a big deal to us.
