Great stay in Nashville. The place was in a good location (5 min walk to the Gulch), felt safe, spacious and perfect for what we needed it for. We spent a month there, and my only big complaint is that there were no dressers/drawers to put clothing, only a closet. But otherwise, it was comfortable, clean, well equipped with kitchen essentials, etc. and I'd return again!
We were very pleased with the overall experience with Turnkey and the house we rented. There were a couple of minor inconveniences that they addressed immediately. We did not have to be available for them to fix these issues. The house was lovely, spacious, extremely clean, great location to our venue and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. Dealing with the Reps from TurnKey was easy. They were all very polite and professional and I would definitely consider using TurnKey in the future.
Customer service is very knowledgeable and responsive. The hosts were amazing help. The property was beautiful and as described!

10 days ago when we vacated our Turnkey rental property I would have left a positive review. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We did find the Turnkey text contact and request to plug in their iPad a little creepy - felt like we were being watched - but overall a good experience. Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving some items behind in the house, and this is where the frustration began. I knew exactly where they were and texted Turnkey immediately. I asked twice to pick the items up in person and got no response. The responses I did get were friendly but without substance, which I now know is because most of the text responses come from a robot system. Despite my continued efforts to reach Turnkey by text and phone call, I could not get a person to actually help me get my items back. Finally today I called again and by luck spoke to someone who said that a lost items ticket needed to be filled out, which would, if they can be located, start the process of getting my items shipped back to me. This information would have been useful 10 days ago. The call took a half hour, and it was suggested that I call back in a few days to ensure the local team is looking for my items. Not holding out much hope. Clearly Turnkey wants to appear invested in providing a "positive user experience" by sending robot texts asking whether they can be of help, but in reality, the help is pretty hard to come by and doesn't seem to be very invested in an actually positive guest experience.
Great home, great location. The Rental agency communication was great. We loved the homes and they fit us perfectly. We had plenty of space and loved fishing off the dock. There were a couple things missing like additional dishwasher and dish soap, some other cleaning products, essential kitchen items, sink in one of the bathrooms wasn't draining. It would be nice if there were additional products/items stored in the house especially for guests who are staying a whole week. Overall we would stay here again.

***Long Post Ahead*** I am normally not this type of person, but I have HAD it with Turnkey Renal Company! It doesn’t really matter the price, but we spent over $2000 to book a cabin in Gatlinburg through Airbnb for a week (13th-20th). Monday night…as I was studying for finals…I get an email from Turnkey Rental (the actual rental company that “owns” the cabin) not Airbnb, that states they have cancelled our cabin!!?!?? IM SORRY WHAT?!?! On the same email, they listed 3 other cabin options supposedly “comparable” to our original cabin. However, the only cabin comparable to our original booking (in size), was 30 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Our original cabin was 3 miles…HINCE WHY I BOOKED IN SEPTEMBER & and was willing to pay a little more!!! However, I went ahead and booked that option, in fear that we would not be able to book another cabin. Also, the email stated that if the 3 options weren’t comparable, we would get a 100% refund. As soon as I got that email, I got on the horn to figure it out!!! Call #1 at 7PM Monday night…they were SUPPOSED to book the new cabin….WAS NOT DONE! So I call back at 7AM on Tuesday morning for call #2 to figure it out…again. They go ahead and book the new cabin. I only thought it was over. An hour later, the other couple going with us, notice on the Airbnb listening for the new cabin…that it states…***ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO HAVE A 4 WHEEL-DRIVE TO ACCESS CABIN IN WINTER MONTHS!*** So, here we go again…at this point I just needed to cancel and get a 100% refund. #1 because I don’t do scary driveways!!!! #2 especially not with babies going #3 because if we get stranded due to ice/snow…we can’t/won’t walk 30 miles to downtown with our kids! Not happening…. So now, call #3…I state that I wanted to just cancel and told them that the info about the drive, should have been provided to me, because I would have never* booked that second option!!! I told them I wanted a full refund…I was then told “oh, we don’t know if we can do that since you already decided to book another option.” We then were told we had to go through Airbnb themselves. So here we go…get on the phone with them and they login to my account and see that on the actual Airbnb site, the cabin hadn’t actually been cancelled…meaning…that they rented the cabin to another guest, NOT THROUGH Airbnb, and cancelled ours since ours was through a 3rd party. And by them sending me a personal email “cancelling” instead of cancelling on Airbnb…they’re ratings on Airbnb wouldn’t be effected! So basically getting us to just trade locations in THEIR system so they wouldn’t have to be penalized by Airbnb for cancelling without a legitimate reason. This made me even more mad…. There was actually more to it….but I’ll spare you. So long story short…after 11 phone calls with Turnkey Rental company and 2 calls with Airbnb and 3 days …we FINALLY have been issued a full refund. Airbnb also had ZERO idea of this issue when we spoke to them the first time…they handled everything perfectly and made sure we got the refund we deserved, I will continue to use Airbnb. So for future reference, we will NEVER use Turnkey again& will advise you not to either!!!
We had an extremely good experience with this property! Everything was clean, fresh and new--and the building was quiet and friendly. We had one minor issue that we notified TurnKey about, and it was addressed immediately. All in all, an excellent stay! Highly recommend!

Well just informed tonight the house we want to rent next summer cancelled this is the second time this is happened . This really puts us in a bind . I am going to try to avoid any turnkey properties in future.
Booking canceled 5 weeks before arrival. I realize the owner ended their contract with turnkey, but that reflects on turnkey being ultimately responsible. Now it makes it very difficult to find an available place at this late date. You will have to do better than offering a 10% discount if you want our business.
