Totally professional and informative Highly delighted with the radiators

Nice warm conservatory

Last year, new, quite large flat, night storage heaters on day rate,very expensive, used one heater, bedrooms felt cold and damp. Looked at options, Scott at Trust contacted me liked his explanation of why his heaters are worth buying. So far so good and he was right. Lounge and two bedrooms all ticking away nicely at 18°, warm, aired, not damp. Price today on smart meter by 5pm, £ 2.62 including running of fridge freezer! Can easily up the temperature if required in the lounge and it soon feels warmer at 20°. Can easily turn a heater off whilst the window is open on a nice day. Winter may bite yet but I am going to afford to be warm and not living in cold and damp . I also know if I do have any problems I can speak to Trust easily. Also pleased as it is a British product and as I live on this island, why not support it's traders ?

I installed my TRUST radiators without issue but had a few problems with the SALUS controls. I contacted Kostas who rang me back and took me through the setup proceedure which was a complete success. Kostas was very efficient and explained the process far better than the manual. Our heating system is now running very well and so far I am impressed. We will no doubt have to tweak a few things along the way but so far very pleased. Thankyou Kostas.

Looking to replace 3 30yr old economy 7 radiators, I did some market research and came across Trust Electric Heating. I contacted Trust and they arranged a home appointment with Rob. We chatted about the radiators and Rob measured up the rooms to assess our requirements, Rob also inspected our consumer unit which is 30 yrs old and we agreed it needed changing especially as we were coming off economy 7. We put an order in for 3 to replace our old ones and one extra for another room. I did not have access to an electrician to replace the consumer units so i spoke to Gia at trust and she found one locally for me. Gia kept in touch by email keeping me informed on progress and installation date. The installation team arrived on time and consisted of Kostas - Robbie and Matthew. Kostas explained the it was Matthews first day with the company and he would be instructing Matthew on fitting the radiators as they went along so that would know what was happening. The team were polite and professional in carrying out the removal of the old heaters and installation of the new ones. They showed consideration for any furniture and fittings in the work area, covering carpets with dust sheets and using dust pans to collect any dust from drilling. They also put disposable covers on their shoes when entering the house. On completion of the installation of the heaters Kostas explained how to use and set the temperature controls on the thermostat. The radiators are now on and working well. The Trust Electric heating company have been good to work with and always ready to help. I will be happy to use their services in future.

Scott was visiting a neighbour who had just had Trust radiators fitted. He asked me if all was well and I mentioned that although working well my radiators seemed to take a long time to heat up. He immediately offered to take a look and put my radiators into ‘readiness mode’ which should overcome the problem.( I haven’t yet needed to use the heating but guess I will be very soon as lower temperatures are forecast) I was really pleased to have seen Scott . He couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.

Just had our electric radiators fitted today .The lads that fitted them Corey,Robbie and Brice did an excellent job.They ran through everything with us before they started as to where we would like the radiators fitted .They made very little mess and were very polite .After they had finished fitting them they ran through everything how to set them and even offered to set them for us .We are not very technical but they are very easy to set .All I can say is if the heaters are as good as the service we have recieved we will be very happy .

I'm so glad I found the British company TRUST for my electric radiators. Their product looks good and engineer Kelly explained very clearly how they work and answered my few questions with good humour. Communication with the office thereafter has been exemplary.

After looking at various companies with different claims about their technologies when looking at replacing 2 uncontrollable old storage heaters I came across Trust Electric Heating. From the start with a consultation with Scott and being kept up to date on my order process by Gia through to installation by Corey and Brice, all was professional, with good communication and free of hassle. No hard sell or dubious offers on the day. I await winter but am sure I will be able to more easily control my heating energy use rather than being driven by Economy 7 hours.

My first contact was with Angie, and she was excellent in advising what radiators to choose. She was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I've also had a lot of contact with the customers services team, who have also been brilliant! The company has been extremely flexible over my installation dates which have had to move several times, due to building work.

It has been a pleasure to work with Trust Heating Ltd. Initially Rob, the salesman who visited my home to tell me about the product and to measure up the required size of radiator I would need in each room was most helpful and explained in detail how they worked. He went through it carefully and answered all questions that I raised and more importantly he was not pushy like other competitors were. Gia in the Office was also very efficient and kept me informed at all times. Kostas and Corey who installed my heaters yesterday were excellent fitters, making little mess and ensured things were back in place before they left and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were both very patient with me ensuring I understood how to work the controls for my heating. The heaters look lovely and although I have not yet had them on apart from the initial test I am confident they will be easy to use. Thank to those who helped me at Trust Heating Limited from the initial visit to installation yesterday!!!

Angie was lovely when she came to visit us. Very knowledgeable and down to earth and very professional. She answered all our queries and gave us lots of options. No pushy sales which for us was very important. Can't wait to warm up our little home and B&B.

The Trust Electric salesman Scott came to see me in early December 2022. He arrived on time and explained everything in his presentation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. At the time I was looking to replace 30yr old storage heaters. After the energy price fiasco 2023 my February electric bill was over £750 for a 3 bedroom flat. I was doing a kitchen remodel and then had Trust Electric install the new heaters in March. The crew came and finished the removal/installation in a few hours. I am very pleased with the new heaters and my electric bills for the rest of the winter were down to the £250 range. Well done Trust Electric Heating!

Issue initially attempting to arrange an engineers visit to resolve an issue with one of the new radiators menu/programming button being inoperative but after chasing the TEH office, not one but three polite technicians turned up and after 40 minutes, managed to rectify the issue with the radiator, so hopefully no more issues.
