Looking to replace 3 30yr old economy 7 radiators, I did some market research and came across Trust Electric Heating. I contacted Trust and they arranged a home appointment with Rob. We chatted about the radiators and Rob measured up the rooms to assess our requirements, Rob also inspected our consumer unit which is 30 yrs old and we agreed it needed changing especially as we were coming off economy 7. We put an order in for 3 to replace our old ones and one extra for another room. I did not have access to an electrician to replace the consumer units so i spoke to Gia at trust and she found one locally for me. Gia kept in touch by email keeping me informed on progress and installation date. The installation team arrived on time and consisted of Kostas - Robbie and Matthew. Kostas explained the it was Matthews first day with the company and he would be instructing Matthew on fitting the radiators as they went along so that would know what was happening. The team were polite and professional in carrying out the removal of the old heaters and installation of the new ones. They showed consideration for any furniture and fittings in the work area, covering carpets with dust sheets and using dust pans to collect any dust from drilling. They also put disposable covers on their shoes when entering the house. On completion of the installation of the heaters Kostas explained how to use and set the temperature controls on the thermostat. The radiators are now on and working well. The Trust Electric heating company have been good to work with and always ready to help. I will be happy to use their services in future.
