Proper Job!
A quick and efficient job, swapping two radiators over, then willingly re-positioned another on request. Good clean up after. All done in under an hour.

Although today is the hottest day of the year here I can’t wait to try out these new electric radiators in the winter months ahead. They did a very professional job in fitting the new radiators without leaving any mess. Showed me how they work and when the time comes I’m sure they will keep us nice and warm.
Quick efficient tidy. No problems whatsoever.
I am a reasonable person who just wanted an efficient and reasonable heating system. I was expecting a professional service from Trust, but unfortunately they didn’t achieve that in any way If you have a lot of time on your hands please read my review… But if not I would strongly advise you to stay well clear of Trust —- Update - 02/07/25 So, the call from Scott took place at 1.30pm instead of 11am. According to Paula he was stuck in a traffic jam; according to Scott, when I eventually spoke to him, he had had two very successful commercial meetings this morning… Further according to Scott Trust have apologized for the ‘few’ mistakes that they have made; not of course the multiple mistakes referred to in this review. Scott had not read this review before our phone call. That’s pity as he would have been better prepared for our chat if he had. Update - 01/07/25 received email from Gia and eventually booked via email to talk at 3pm - their request not mine. 3pm came and went - no call. I left it a few minutes then tried to ring them. Again the phone number she gave me didn’t connect, so tried all the other numbers I’ve used so far and eventually got through to Sophie, who tried Gia (not available), tried Sue (not available), got through to Amelia (Gia not available - on an emergency call). I then agreed to hold trying to speak to Gia - I was on hold for almost half an hour, eventually getting through to Gia who blamed me for her not getting through to me at 3pm! I was then put through to Paula (office manager) when I asked to speak to someone senior - the owners Scott or Fiona. Paula then proceeded to tell me how because I wasn’t able to pick up the call at 3pm, Gia had an emergency call to attend! After going round and round and round the same story, I repeatedly and very calmly asked to speak to Scott or Fiona. Paula didn’t seem to want to let me… Eventually after my polite, patient, but persistent repeated request, Paula finally agreed to let me talk to Scott and/or Fiona and arrange a telephone appointment with them and she would email me confirmation. Not much longer after that when I was driving (so could not take the call) Scott rang and left a rather bullish voicemail message. Could I ring him back or email him. Of course as they close promptly at 5pm I obviously didn’t want to speak to the answering service again, but instead chose to email back, and after putting myself out again to accommodate them, advised that I’d be free tomorrow to speak with Scott at 11am. We’ll see… not sure I can take much more of this. Update - 30/06/25 late afternoon Ringing me at 4.57pm Sue and leaving a message asking me to ring you back when you close at 5pm, continues the dreadful customer service. And emailing me Gia and asking me to ring you back on a number that doesn’t connect is also bad form. ——- Original message - 30/06/25 I wish I’d read all the reviews before I spent my money. Dreadful customer service. Only the finance department were supper efficient at taking my money. ——- Trust Electric Heating has been absolutely appalling. The saga so far: My visit from ‘Steve’ the salesman was good - even tho he forgot something on the quote so an extra £100 was added for his mistake. I was reassured by Steve that I would receive ‘excellent’ customer service and fitting. Steve lied. Sophie and Amy together have shown me extremely poor customer service. Amy being particularly off with me in our telephone conversations. Amy rang me a week or so ago to book in the fitting - still very stroppy considering I’m the customer - and told me the heating would be installed on 30th June from 8am-12pm. It is now Monday 30th June and Matthew - the installer - has just rung me at 9.45am to tell me that he is just setting off and it will ‘obviously’ take him approximately 5hours to get to me! Therefore he might I suppose get here by 3pm! No-one has rung me leading up to Matthew’s call today - not yesterday or last week to confirm the timing, etc - and no one has rung me today even tho I rang at 8.45hrs and left a message with their out of hours answer service, asking what’s going on… No matter how good their radiators are, their customer service is absolutely awful - no one seems to be communicating with each other. I will never recommend Trust (trust!) - it was an expensive and stressful experience which I could have done without. Don’t do it
Must be the best company in the UK. Everyone there is polite, efficient and a delight to deal with. The products are excellent.
The installers Robbie & Danny were very efficient and worked together. Instructed on control. Left the work place clean and tidy
From the time the survey was done to the time of installation, I was kept informed of the status and the heaters were fitted well on time. This is appreciated.
Kept up to date with order progress. Fitters came on date set and quickly fitted and cleaned up after themselves
I was disappointed that the installation team did not arrive at my property until 17.15. I have a busy household and this time coincided with the busiest time of day feeding family which was not easy with electricity being off, so was timing wise was very inconvenient.
From an initial enquiry, I was given a lot of useful information about the product. When the survey was carried out, we were advised which radiators we should have. No pressure selling at all. Then the installation which was done in no time, great job, very professional. All with a magnificent 25 year guarantee. A company I Trust.
Cory & Lewis did my install. They were very professional & worked in an organised and efficient manner. Although they were delayed in starting they did not appear to rush any stage. My only comment would be that the client needs to be informed of delays due to traffic etc. A simple text message would be enough to keep the client up to date with timescales etc.
The whole process was explained to me in a clear and understandable way by the pleasant, knowledgeable agent. The installation was seamless - so far - and the couple of young men who came to do the work were polite, and hard working. They cleared up well and removed all the detritus.
The installers were lovely and worked incredibly hard. Had good communication with them to know when they would be arriving. However they weren’t very tidy. They left multiple loose screws, packaging and other items all over the flat once they were done.
I was kept up to date my order and everyone I was in contact with was polite, patient and professional. The heaters were fitted quickly and with no problems, it was worth the wait for them to be made and installed. I’m very happy with the heaters which replaced outdated and inefficient storage heaters.
Throughout the whole experience Trust we're a company that kept me informed. Our first meeting and all subsequent conversations were helpful and relevant. The order process was clear and easy following the guidance we had received from that first visit. Dates for installation set and carried out. The installation itself was carried out meticulously,A good and thorough clean up after the fitting, which had taken a very short time by a team who knew what they were doing and how to work together harmoniously. While the real test will be winter every thing works as described and looks the part.
Problem resolved
Great product but not so good customer service. We had our fitting day booked but then it was changed by Trust. However we still got e mails telling us what time the fitters would be with us - on the original date, and then an e mail asking us how we liked our new radiator - before it was fitted.
COREY was an helpful and efficient engineer having installed the heater it was a pleasure having him to install and set up the WiFi. Many thanks.
Great people to deal with, who went out of their way to keep me informed of everything that was happening as the installation went through. Really happy with the product and how it works well for our apartment.
Awful experience with Trust Electric Heating. Delayed installation, sloppy work, and nonexistent aftercare support.
