Great very good!!

We are delighted with our new radiator. We were kept informed of the progress of production. The fitters Ben and Robbie were very polite and tidy. Fitted the radiator with minimum fuss, and thoroughly explained how to work it. Thankyou, great job!

We have had our radiators for 4 months now so I feel in a position to judge them fairly. Firstly the installation was excellent and the two guys that came did a great job. Unfortunately that is we’re the positive review ends. On the 2nd night of operation our entire electric service was taken out and when the supply company came out they noticed that we were massively overloading our supply and recommended we turn half our radiators off, which we have had to do. They made promises to try and fix this but never followed up. My 2nd big shock was the electric bill which more than doubled over night. Having done some research, the issue with the product is that it needs such a high power rating to generate the heat required that it’s extortionately expensive to run.

Ignore all of the evangelical nonsense spouted by this business at the end of the day they're fitting electric radiators to your wall and plugging them in, you can buy wall mountable electric radiators (oil filled / panel / convector etc) from numerous shops on the high street / DIT Retailers or Online and if you are able to screw a bracket to a wall (next to a plug) then you can do it yourself, equally the cost savings / effeciency claims are also negligible and probably equate to just a few pounds a week give or take, the fact is that if you live in a house that doesnt have gas central heating, its going to cost you a lot more to heat!!! so you may as well do this yourself and spend the £1000's that you save on cavity / loft insulation / Insulated Curtains etc and only heat rooms that you use (keep doors shut!!) pretty much all electric, wall mountable heaters have timers / thermostats and a really good one will set you back a couple of hundred quid, I've never read so much rubbish in my life in terms of guarantees to heat a room to 20 degrees etc etc, you can heat any room to that temp if you close the window / door and turn on a heater it just comes down to how much its going to cost you!!! as electric heaters will always cost more as a result of eletricity costing more so dont let yourself get hooked in to this nonsence....

This company is just brilliant! We moved from a house with gas to a house with storage heaters. We knew they had to go but were unsure of exactly what to have. Trust came in, showed us the quality of their products and helped us choose exactly what would suit us. From start to finish they were superb! The radiators themselves are perfect. Near instant heat from an electric radiator!! And their aftercare is second to none! Can't rate them enough!
