Before choosing them, read and think well. THEY DO NOT FULFILL what they say in writing. This is copy and paste of part of one of the questions I asked before signing the factoring account to be sure I took the correct decision. “Never, never I'll receive a reverse charge, that you charge me for an invoice that a broker did not pay? You won't ever receive a reverse charge from us if the broker don't pay us. We are a non-recourse factoring company. “ Now one broker does not want to pay them and for this they only said sorry but TRUCKSTOP misinformed you and we will charge you back anyway. YES! TRUCKSTOP “misinformed and TRUCKSTOP will make a charge back”. Don't risk your effort. Your work, your credit and company with this factory. It is my best suggestion and of course, if they charge me back, I will definitely take legal actions.

Unless you absolutely need TS for stepdeck and RGN loads avoid it. Expensive and works about 70% of the time.

I really like the platform which the Truckstop gives to the brokers. It is easy to use, all the tabs are convenient. The client compliance team is always helpful. Thank you.

Live available loads data is not updated for more then 3 days. I was told that 2 teams are working on it, still no fix. No delete option in load searches at TruckstopGo. Have to go through all old searches to get results on new ones. Ridiculous. Every time they update their website and app they get worse.

Great product and customer service is Top Notch

Over rated snd over priced. It s money grab. They claim their Rate Insight is something special. It doesn't do siht. Brokers don't care. They're charging what they want. Don't waste your money.

The easability of the website.

I was old told from the beginning, sales rep Angel confirmed with us broker would accept new mc less than 30 days , mind you he called us every day for 2 weeks 3 x a day prior to us signing on, finally we signed up he advise would be point of contact for the first 30 days , we have not heard from him since he took the credit card payment, then the load board is only offering loads with brokers that will only take mc # that are at least 90 days , these are deceptive business practices, I have reached out multiple times no response, when I asked for a refund I was declined, WHAT A SCAM this company is , Truck stop should be ashamed of the way they handled business knowing we are new and just stating they took full advantage of us. And I am just shocked at the poor business ethics this company brings to the trucking business

Brian was super helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the right tools we needed to operate our business in the best capacity.

Tried to reduce from pro to the minimum and payment was do today. They refused and was not very helpful. Kept saying it was in the policy that I had to do it 5 days prior.

Trent remembered speaking with me when I was still in training. He informed me of RMIS which was very necessary for my situation.

Can never login in properly, have reset my password a few times and we I go back to login it’s the same issue.

Another company that started out well and let greed over ride product quality as well as platform performance. Over priced for what it does. Why anyone would want to be like DAT is beyond me.
