They give truckers low ratings if they don't use their services. I was given a C rating while I had no accident, no insurance claims, but I was stopped once and one and of my 8 tires was low. I would not recommend using this load board to anyone.

They charge us $280/month and we haven't been able to access loads for two weeks. No one answers the phone and the chat support is obviously someone in a foreign that not only doesn't know anything and can't help....but doesn't care and probably doesn't know the English language well. Been paying this for over a year and this is the first time we've tried to log in.
Used to be a great loadboard...no customer anymore. On hold for 45min.
Is the worst customer service ever, you can't get no one on the phone, they have a call back option which no one ever calls back, and I even tried the online support with no success. I purchased on a Friday and after a getting the same automated email I tried to cancel and get refund with no success also. It shouldn't be this hard to get a paying customer his Login to access the load board.
Truckstop give us a great opportunity to start our freight brokerage business , really appreciate that .

Truckstop doesn't do their due diligence to prevent these scammers from putting loads on the board and not be real brokers. Fake DOT's and fake MC's. Ive never seen this happen so much when them all of a sudden

Truckstop is only for $!!! People will contact you consistently nicely to get you on the board and sell you their services after you interested in the board. An agent told us you can cancel your account once you know it’s not fit for you but they never refund what you bought even after you cancel your account so shortly. Don’t waste your money and energy if it’s not meant for you because they’ll lie!
They suspended my account because my credit card expired. I have submitted a new card and they still have not restored my account. I have spent hours on hold to finally get a person to tell me they have to send it to a billing specialist. This now my 3rd day without being able to use the load board, 4-5 hours sitting on hold and still no answer what is the hold up is?? Ridiculous!!

Truckstop is definitely a excellent tool to use and to make our freight broker life easier. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that´s looking to reinforce their work plan and to be reachable to a lot of carriers out there looking for live loads. Global Transit Solutions LLC will definitely keep Truckstop.com as our partner for good.
We have been using their factoring service for years but we need to move on. Customer service is atrocious. 36 to 72 hours to fund an invoice ( not 24 hrs as advertised ) I think they are having financial issues, with so many leaving their loadboard and factoring service that they are unable to service accounts and purposely hold invoice back from payment. They have a plethora of excuses when you call. Oh, by the way, when you do call it is HOURS on hold or you may get a call back within 6 hours or so. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
We are new in business but as soon as we got in touch with them they were always there to help us on every step.
