UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST TRUCKSTOP. READ ME! “You won't ever receive a reverse charge from us if the broker don't pay us.” Copy and paste from TRUCKSTOP email answering my questions to select them as factory.
Before choosing them, read and think well. THEY DO NOT FULFILL what they say in writing. This is copy and paste of part of one of the questions I asked before signing the factoring account to be sure I took the correct decision. “Never, never I'll receive a reverse charge, that you charge me for an invoice that a broker did not pay? You won't ever receive a reverse charge from us if the broker don't pay us. We are a non-recourse factoring company. “ Now one broker does not want to pay them and for this they only said sorry but TRUCKSTOP misinformed you and we will charge you back anyway. YES! TRUCKSTOP “misinformed and TRUCKSTOP will make a charge back”. Don't risk your effort. Your work, your credit and company with this factory. It is my best suggestion and of course, if they charge me back, I will definitely take legal actions.
