Support AFTER your a customer is almost NON existent. LONG LONG LONG HOLD TIMES. BILLING is not HANDLED CORRECTLY and then you can't get anyone that will "FIX". THEY DO NOT PRORATE billing if you cancel a user, even 1 day past billing cycle ending. IT IS A JOKE I tried Emailing - Emails go unanswered OR IGNORED.

Their customer service is the worse of the worst we were trying to get set up via rmis with a broker and we are having so many issues it is a shame at the end we lost the load due to long delays for them to answer the phone..brokers should stay away from these people we tried over and over again to register and we weren't successful it was showing errors errors and nothing but errors at the end...horrible experience
We are trying to get some answers on why Principal Product Manager Shawn Rasmor is trying to sign into our personal carrier account on RMIS. No one should be attempting to sign into our personal account from truckstop.com unless they are doing something deceptive. We have the email showing Shawn Rasmor (shawnrasmor@truckstop) tried to log into our account. It gave us a verification code and all from his attempt. This needs to be explained cause it shows us deceptive actions from Truckstop employees in high positions. I have also reached out to numerous avenues so someone can reach back out to us. Heritage Express Inc is our company and we have the email to show who needs to handle this.

I own litten transport inc, I just got off the ph with their customer service dpt. I called to ask why when i put PO, LDOT, SV, BOX TRUCK, BOAT HAULING, ETC equipment types AND I GET EQUIPMENT TYPES THAT are not in my search bar AT ALL, but I get those loads anyway in other words, WHY DO THEY HAVE EQUIPMENT TYPES categories if all there gonna do is mash em all together in groups, groups of non clicked equipment types, Truck stop says that box trucks are the same as hot shot pickups, or sprinter vans are the same as RGN LOADS or than refer loads are the same as dry van loads or boat trailers are the same as step deck loads, WT F. WHY on this fkd planet is this happening its literally like the dumb ass biden, stammering on the international world wide stage that he's an idiot. Same with truckstop. Rgn loads are just that...they can't go on a flatbed. I have to pay 2 extra ppl in my office just because they forced stupid changes because of all the extra crap they do i have to hire more ppl to do the same job as 1 person. They do not care at all about what we need, they blast options n force things to be in place that costs time which cost me money. Unfortunately I'm stuck cause they're now the biggest n most operators use them. Monopoly comes to mind TBH N THE IDK of the mega corps attitude. No I don't have to use them, that's not the point, they dont make it easier, just harder, more steps to get to the main things a Carrier NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT A LOAD. THIS SHOULD BE SHORT AND SIMPLE NOT GO D DA. MN COMPLICATED!!!
This is a hostile company towards its customers. From implementing unwelcome "innovations" to signing you up for services you did not request and overcharging you. Trying to have them fulfill a simple request always, without exception turns into a multi-day, multi-hour chase after customer service that does not answer the phone. You listen to awful music instead. Canceling service is the only option if you want keep your peace of mind. DO NOT LET YOUR BUSINESS RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.
Recently they have added there truckstop ID in RMIS Carrier packets. That is causing a lot of issue in filling up the packets. The packets are not filling up and because of that Carriers are not able to book the loads and they are facing issues. We have tried to fill up the packets multiple time but we cannot fill it up because of the truckstop.
1 to 9 minute delays for refresh--Do Not Use! Go to DAT loadboard! As a HotShot company we rely on getting loads as fast as possible. As a rule, first to call gets the load. 2 months ago IT&S made an update. I pay top dollar for the live autorefresh feature but after the update the refresh went from a few seconds to up to 9 minutes (even when I clicked to manually refresh). I put in 3 tickets and IT&S acknowledged the issue but didnt fix it. I checked with my assigned rep who confirms the issue. Fast forward 3 months and the issue is still not fixed. Ive been with Truckstop for 3 years and canceled my memership this week. I cant believe they asked me "Why." For $155+/ month we pay for a working service! Of course, they would not even refund me anything in order to keep my business.
Please activate my truckstop
I think the RMIS tool could be more of a website template for a shorter timeframe for onboarding along with a more standard setup for new brokers who don’t know exactly what they need day one.
The mobile app and site on web via phone rarely works. Customer is the worse!!! Dry, rude, unprofessional, just plain useless. We have been having problems for over a month and have escalated the situation. It will work for a week or two and the same problem.
An absolute hot steaming pile of garbage application. Couldn't get this to work and when we tried to cancel and get a refund, they pretty much said too bad no refunds will be issued.
