Truckstop.com Load Board

I was scheduled for a call and a tutorial I never received that call not tutorial yet I received email how was my experience I didn't hav an experience

Load board was great but when you try to cancel they continue to charge you. Then the tell you that you did not call and cancel. DAT does not not do that they are great to work with. Update: They did not refund us and we were charged for another month after cancelling it before the due date. This has been a horrible company to work with! I would give a NO star if it would let me!

Very easy to use. Depending on the areas it always has good loads

Definitely not for you if you are an auto hauler. I don’t recommend. And they wouldn’t refund even when I called on the same day I purchased.

That's easy. After a trial that was give to me for 15 days did call in and try to low the price or just cancel. They put me on hold for over one hour first day. Try to call Bryan, send him email , leave voicemail and nothing back after over a week. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

Never called back

I’m a broker and have been an asset dispatcher. I’ve been calling posted trucks and some dispatchers report that they didn’t post a truck. Is it possible that peoples searches are appearing as posted trucks?

This is my second time using this client and he works with me. I appreciate this client giving me the opportunity.
