4th qtr 2022 has been a challenge for me. Starting a new authority can be more of a challenge than you expect and it was a blessing to be able to reach out to a group that can help relieve the burden

Time windows too do more then one load a day. . I live in York pa all loads 80 miles plus . I had one of your rep tell me about a load from Duluth pa to Fredrick md paying 1000.00 , but he left the part out that it was pick one load up then deliver that ,then got another location pick that load and deliver that to Fredrick it would take two days to load and also 4 hours for load time with both loads and four hours for delivery, then road miles.

I have done ok with your sight not great. I know it's not your fault but I have seen loads on your board and found the same load at a better rate on another board but all and all it has been ok. I have booked several loads but with rates dropped faster then the temperature when it should be going up this time of the year that's why it has not been a great experience.

Having the active load feed feature is really with finding new loads quickly. And the amount of loads that are available helps with all sorts of businesses especially those in the hotshot business.
Loads that are posted on this load board are disrespectful to hotshots and Straight trucks. Total waste of my money

Truck stop have a great team , so fare being with them I wasn’t let down so fare and one one the gentleman name mike who was helping me also Burt and the supervisor. I love how they stay on the phone helping you to resolve the issue no matter what it is and I’m very thankful for that.
they automaticaly charged account before the trial expired load updates are very poor quantity of loads 60% less than on DAT
you gave me a trial period in which time no one gave me log in info for the trial period and no one reached out to me to show me how to use it and then had the nerve to charge my card after the trial period when nothing got done and they were surprised why i blocked them on my card afterwards. Good Job fellas maybe the next fool will be a bigger simp
