They are horrible. You see what customers are asking and they do the opposite. Why have trailer options then include others on that option. You pick a date other dates come up. I called and they gave a sorry excuse that makes no sense then hangs up on me!

Sent several emails and called no response
Hopefully you don't need customer service. It dont matter what time of day you call. They don't answer or call back. Trying to get loads wired same day. Doesn't happen. And funding rarely happens in 24 hours and when or if you get customer service. They say they are going to process your loads but seldomly happens the way you request. They take it upon themselves to make decisions regarding your money without contacting you for approval. They never read the notes in your email.. so don't waste your time... My advice is go somewhere else.. where you will feel like your business is your and not theirs. I only give one star because none is an option.
The loads that are posted are current. Things are removed once the are booked. The lane estimates are a big help.

Load board seems to have minor glitches quite often. To many loads with incomplete information, seems to be a lot of scam brokers and double brokers. The same load is posted with multiple city pickup and drop-off locations. Brokers should not be allowed to post loads with no specifications.
Truckstop is incredible. It has all the tools you need to carry out the duties of brokering. Lise Banks is very amazing and informative. My transaction and setup went smoothly. If you need help you can call on Lise B. and she's there to help. Truckstop has everything at your fingertips.

Worst company ever. Please truck drivers, Dispatchers don’t do business with truckstop load board. They will keep taking money from your account and you will beg them to cancel your subscription they won’t do nothing. And customer service has no respect for customers.
Better information on rates for loads , truck stop always seems to be way less than what I get for my loads .
this company does not do as they say, I for my service and one month nothing is getting done.

I would leave 0 stars if I could truckstop factoring started off great then once u hit the mark to cancel they take there time paying you when they feel have thw same excuses the image aint clear when its clear as day do not go with this company go else where its not worth the stress and waiting for your money thru them.
