£20.00 for a very poor haircut! not great service, hair cut was not straight , not consistent - Staff - rude & blunt - if you don't want customers asking the price then display the price with or on the article for sale. Won't be returning - not for a haircut nor for there other merchandise
Trotters uses Treadwell now to book haircuts. I had difficulties to use the app on my Iphone and ended up having the haircut charged twice on my card as the app crashed on me a number of times, making me lose the appointment that I wanted. I ended up to chose an appointment another appointment for which I was 10mins late at the store due to road works traffic. I waited over 5 mins to speak with someone to say that we eventually arrived so I missed my late arrival timeframe, even though the hairdresser was late and was doing the still the previous appointment. In the time I managed to explain my situation, the Hairdresser had already started the next appointment early. Nothing could be done to slot me in, even though my time was used by someone else. And of course no refund as the booking was online and my appointment was supposed to be finished by then. £20+ taxi waisted for no haircut. Such a shame as I used to like the service. I will no longer come to do my kids haircut there.
Have ordered a few times from Trotters, the clothing/shoes have always been really beautiful and fabulous quality. The reason I have marked down a star is the international shipping charge is €20 which is quite a lot and quite often it works out cheaper for me to order from Next Ireland despite the fact they charge more for the brand. The charge has doubled since BREXIT despite children’s clothing being exempt from VAT.
We went here for my son's first haircut. The lady who cut his hair completely disregarded everything i wanted (to only have a small amount taken off) and cut a huge amount off. He was incredibly distressed by the whole situation as it was rushed and impersonal without any acclimatisation. It has ruined my memory of my son's first haircut. I have been extremely upset since as this is the last thing i wanted for such a momentous occasion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MEMORIES RUINED!!!!!

The order was placed on a Friday, a baby sweater. I paid extra for gift wrapping as well as the option to add a personal note. When I had not had the dispatch confirmed by the following Tuesday I contacted the Trotters Customer Services team. The order was not shipped and the response was unnecessary rude and dismissive. I then received the dispatched order soon after, and the sweater arrived the next day. However, I was again disappointed to discover the gift wrapping was no more than Trotters tissue paper and a large Trotters bag. When shopping with Liberty London and the likes the gift wrapping is such a luxurious treat. The tiny baby jumper in the large shopping bag was a far cry from this. I searched the content for my personal note and found it on the order sheet, printed on a line underneath where it said I’d ordered the sweater and gift wrapping. I am glad I didn’t ship this straight to my friend. At least now I was able to gift wrap it and add a note. Furthermore, the quality of the sweater was not what I expected either. Will not recommend Trotters. There are better brands who care more about selling quality products, providing great service and who genuinely would like you to shop with them.
Clothes are beautiful but extremely poor quality, I have purchased jumpers which have bobbled and faded after being hand washed and hair bows which have unravelled - on contacting their customer services department I was told there was nothing they could do as the items were purchased 5 months ago - this is irrelevant. I would not waste your money.

Ordered an item for my child. The size wasn't right. Returned the item and got a refund really quickly. Reordered in another size and it arrived really quick. Good quality. Good design. Great customer service (I contacted them as a discount code wasn't working and they manually applied a refund). Great experience. Will shop again!
Oh my word, excellent customer service. I contacted Trotters customer service with an issue that I had & they dealt with it so professionally & swiftly. I honestly don't think I've ever come across a company where everything was resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours. I found Trotters quite by accident & had never heard of them. I love the style and design of the clothes but unfortunately after buying their clothes many times they always shrink in size after 1 or 2 washes. We always follow the washing instructions on the labels but every single knitwear item has always shrunk after 1 or 2 washes.
Worst haircut ever! We came to get my son's hair cut at Trotters Westfield. I showed the lady a photo and told her how she wanted it. She destroyed his hair by cutting too much; She didn't want to work today. I am unhappy and shocked. If I can give you any advice, choose another place. It was our second time there and definitely won't be a third.
I have bought a personalised bean bag that looked quite large in the website. The website had an option for next day delivery paying extra which I have paid for. The day after I got an email saying it would take 2 weeks to arrive missing my son's birthday. Only when the bean bag finally arrived, I realised it is only suitable for children aged 2-5 years old. My son is 8 so I have no use for it. I contacted the costumer service and they implied it is my fault because they don't mentioned ages on their website. I could also not return it because it is personalised. I will not buy from this retailer ever again.
Ordered at 1am Tuesday they finally despatch Thursday afternoon, pretty much 3 days to put something in a box? Then they blame Royal Mail for the delay. Item still hasn't arrived, was a birthday present. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Eden was absolutely amazing so professional and kind to my daughter definitely making it her regular hair salon. Very talented hairdresser and to Sabnam who was so helpful and attentive who gifted my daughter with a beautiful certificate with a lock of her curly hair so pleased I went there Kensington branch ten stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent customer service in the Kensington high street shop. I took my niece on a Black Friday shopping adventure and the team were so friendly. I'll be back for Santa's gifts!

But this recent order, there were a couple of issues. 1. They sent the wrong size I ordered. 2. I bought the next size up on a dress I wanted my daughter to wear to an event the first weekend of December. When she tried on the dress, the neckline was so narrow it was choking her if I button it up. I went to their website but somewhere there was an issue with contacting them. Contacted their IG and they gave me the CS email. Reached out. They said they need pictures. Sent pictures. Been a week. Nothing. And they have not even addressed the wrong size/item sent. To return an item, they will have you pay for shipping from the US to the UK. If this was a “change your mind” issue, that would be fine. But these are their issues. They need to address it.
