My number one stop for children clothes, the BEST customer service and I believe you can tell alot about a company by their customer service. My friends baby is now too big for the order I had bought!!! Trotters is a scam! On November 24th 2020 I placed an order on Trotters online for holiday gifts for my son. When on December 4th I had still not received my order I contacted customer service who said the package was lost and took upwards of ten days and countless emails to finally offer to send me a new order, and nothing else, even though it would be too late for the holidays. I accepted this offer and 12 days later have still not received anything and have had no response from customer service. I took a chance on a new company who charged my credit card for my purchase and never sent any goods. My son did not receive his holiday gift and Trotters went silent. This company is clearly participating in some sort of large scale scam and are criminal. Do not purchase on Trotters, there are so many other reliable, luxury UK clothing based sites I have purchased from, Pepa and Co. and Childrensalon for example. Trotters will take your money and disappear!
Bought adult shoes. Great service and lovely items. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is that it’s a little tantalising and misleading to show certain styles and colours as available in grown up sizes and they’re NOT in the largest size. Took 2 emails for them to admit they weren’t ever available in certain colour ways and the size I needed (as by their own admission they come up small), although it appeared so online
