If I could give it a zero I would. Booked two rooms- prepaid for two rooms- got to the hotel only had one room. Spent two hours on the phone and told every time that I called during that two hour period that someone would get back to me in 15 minutes -no one ever got back to me. All four of the phone calls were initiated by me. I am now in the process of disputing the charge. Do not dash under any circumstances – use this company.If

Traveluro booked my room on the wrong…

Traveluro booked my room on the wrong date and refused to correct it. When brought to their attention, which was immediately, they said they needed 24 to 48 hrs, to investigate and resolve. What do you mean investigate, resolve,(?)we were on the phone, change it to the right date from the start of the reservation.....It was the most f'ed up thing ever. I refused to get off the phone until they corrected it but they kept repeating the same mantra..."we need 24 - 48 hrs for the team that does that" and we'll put in a request right now. as soon as they respond we'll resolve this" "don't worry" The next day (24hr mark) same thing " we need 24 to 48 hrs.....so in other words they'll continually extend their 48 hr requirement. Why they didn't change it during the initial reservation I'll never know. I then demanded my money back and they have since avoided all further conversation. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Never wrote a review before I just want to warn others I purchased a break away via Wowcher For 2 people.(based on two people sharing a cabin) When Alleen rang from travelulo she took all my details and redeemed my voucher! Then to be told we would have to share a cabin with two complete strangers.I denied it.So then surprise,surprise they wasn’t availability for a cabin for us to share even though I bought the voucher based on two people! To get me a cabin she said I have to pay an extra £48 I refused as I already had purchased the holiday.she said I can not cancel due to me redeeming voucher! Now wowcher are putting me through the 3rd party holiday company of which is Traveluro. I have looked on wowcher website and they are still selling the same date even though they are saying there’s no availability.Traveluro rang again trying to book me on then saying they’ve had to buy another cabin and all I’ll pay is another £30! I have refused as if I booked directly through P&O ferries it would been same price and less stressful.I have rang Traveluro and they said someone would be in touch but they haven’t.This is the first trip in a long time due to medical. We are supposed to be going next week I don’t have much faith now. Since having this issue I have read a lot of negative reviews on this company and people had to pay more. I have been miss sold this holiday. I will definitely not book through this company again!

Dont use Traveluro/Trivagodeals

I never wrote a review before, but I need to inform others about Traveluro which is part of Trivagodeals which is not Trivago. I thought I was booking a hotel through just Trivago but it was Trivagodeals which is apparently control by Traveluro Even though they indicated that there was no refund on hotel reservation, I had an emergency i just called to see if there were any extenuating circumstances that would exempt me from the cancelation. I spoke to 3 reps at Trivagodeals, 2 of the reps promised a call back from their escalation dept to discuss a possible credit, they never called me back. I spoke to one supervisor and he was nice and sent an email to me indicating I will receive a phone call regarding my concern, even though I was not available for the call, when I called the number back I wasn't able to speak to someone. My main complaint is not the cancellation but not receiving call backs after waiting up to 3 hours . And having to call them back. This is very bad business. Also the Mia the rep I spoke to said they contacted the hotel on my behalf to see if they could cancel the reservation , she lied, I called the hotel and they did not receive the call from Trivagodeals/Traveluro. Also, the hotel said they cannot cancel the reservation, its done through the 3rd party. I thought all the time I was speaking and doing business with Trivago. Save yourself the frustration don't book through either one of these, and look at the url to make sure it's the correct company. I believe Trivago is attached to these companies and don't know if they are aware of the their below standards, wish I can give a -5. Thought it was just me until I read other reviews

I am writing to share my recent experience with Travelluro, a third-party booking service, which has been nothing short of disappointing. I had requested to modify my check-in dates at Holiday Inn Glorieta, Makati, one of the best hotels in Manila, Philippines, through Travelluro. I phoned Holiday Inn Glorieta and they approved my request to modify the check-in date and told me that travelluro should be the one to process the change of my check-in date as I made my full payment through them. However, despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service team, I have been met with unfulfilled promises of a response within 24-48 hours. This prolonged delay and lack of effective communication have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the legitimacy of this company. I urge you to exercise caution when considering booking through Travelluro. Instead, I recommend exploring reputable alternatives such as Expedia or other online booking platforms with positive customer reviews. My ordeal with Travelluro has been ongoing for almost three weeks, and as of today, May 10, 2025, a resolution is yet to be reached. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I deeply regret choosing to engage with their services. Not recommended. DO NOT book your flights or hotel through Travelluro.

Fuyez traveluro!!!!

Ils m'ont vendu un hôtel (Balladins) qui n'existe pas. Je n'ai jamais été remboursé Seul contact client : - un email qui répond tj le même message auromatique - Un numéro de téléphone en Israël donc hors de prix pour échanger avec un incompétent qui finit par m'insulter. Bref aucun recours possible contre ces escrocs qui sévissent en totale impunité sur Google.maps, fb, whatsapp sans la moindre licence d'agent de voyage laquelle est obligatoire pour tout opérateur sur le territoire français. Internet est d'entrain de devenir une immense poubelle

Do Not use this company

Do Not use this company. They say your booking is confirmed but when I called the hotel they say it's been cancelled by the booking company. I then called Traveleuro but only got the runaround. They refuse to give a refund and won't help you in any way over the phone. I suggest a three-way call with the hotel, but they say their managers are too busy at the moment and will send an email about the situation. The email says the booking is confirmed but once again there is no booking. This company is a total SCAM do yourself a favor and completely avoid them at all or any cost.

The worst company

The worst company. We made a reservation and they not only charged us in full, they said it was non-refundable. I travel all the time and NEVER book non-refundable! Now the hotel canceled the reservation but Traveluro will not refund the money...and the hotel said they are owned by Expedia ultimately...who will not give any assistance whatsoever. 9 times out of 10, the hotel will give you the same rate or less not to use a 3rd party...so call them before getting stuck losing $600 for a 2 night stay! Truly zero stars but that was not an option.

DO NOT USE TRAVELURO

DO NOT USE TRAVELURO I accidentally went onto their website to book a room at Ramada at Stansted to find they had charged me £23 booking fee. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions and when they finally responded when asking for my booking reference claim they had no booking in my name. I asked for a refund but again they claimed to not have my details but on contacting the Hotel I was given all the details by a very helpful gentleman at reception. On arriving at hotel found that TRAVELURO had CONFIRMED BOOKING with them but also left me to pay parking fees. BE WARNED TRAVELURO ARE COWBOYS

Borderline SCAM

Haben über diese Seite deutlich billiger gebucht.. leider erst Wochen später die Bewertungen gesehen. EIN Tag vor Anreise nach Los Angeles aus Frankfurt kriege ich eine E-Mail vom Hotel (NICHT von Traveluro), dass meine Buchung nun doch storniert wurde.. von Traveluro kam nichts. Habe noch innerhalb von Minuten auf Traveluro storniert. Hätte ich es nicht gemacht, wäre die Frist abgelaufen und ich hätte Pech gehabt, wie viele hier auch schon schildern. Habe das Geld bekommen und werde nie wieder über dieses Portal buchen. Dass, das, was die machen, nicht illegal ist wundert mich zutiefst. Definitiv meiden!

I was hesitant to use Traveluro at first

Initially, I was hesitant to use Traveluro, as I wasn't familiar with the service. I read all the bad reviews but the price convinced me to try anyway. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional customer care. I wanted to cancel a non-refundable booking due to sudden illness, and I made a phone call to their hotline (US number), ready to motivate my case. A customer service agent answered directly and I informed them about my situation. They created a ticket and let me know they'd get back to me "within 24-48 hours". At that moment I felt like it wouldn't work, but less than two hours later someone phoned me back and to my amazement, they managed to secure a refund despite the policy. Both calls were serviced by workers in English with heavy Indian accent. Even though I'm almost sure they were reading directly from a script, they were very well mannered and I would have given a good review even if the outcome wouldn't have been what I wished for. I'm quite surprised to be honest. Not sure if I was just lucky and managed to get them off the busy hours or at low season, but this was really unexpectedly good! Note: I have just received the confirmation of the refund but not the actual refund (yet). All looks good though, so I'm hoping it'll actually work out.

Please avoid at all costs!!

Please avoid booking any trip with them, they are a scam and their customer service is terrible. I booked an hotel through the Traveluro website, but when I arrived at the hotel the owner told me that there was no reservation under my name. I called Traveluro contact center multiple times during that day, but no one was helping me, so I just booked another hotel. The worst thing is that I then requested a refund to Traveluro, which they are not willing to give it to me, because they claim that the room was available for me (even despite I have an email from the owner stating that I didn't have any reservation!!). I have been trying to receive the refund for 2 months, but I haven't made any progress, so I'll probably need to start a legal action. PLEASE PLEASE stay away!!

Buchung war im Hotel nicht bekannt, Hotel war ausgebucht

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen in Lüneburg über Traveluro gebucht. Dort angekommen, war die Buchung nicht bekannt. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Zum Glück konnten wir in einem anderen Hotel unterkommen. Über die Support E-mail Adresse habe ich gleich reklamiert. Darauf wurde schnell reagiert. Die Vorauszahlung habe ich nach 10 Tagen wieder auf der Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben bekommen. Die Gutschrift hat gut funktioniert, ich hatte auch meine Bank mit eingeschaltet. Trotzdem war die Erfahrung echt schlimm, nach langer Anreise endlich im Hotel anzukommen und dann zu erfahren, dass es nicht geklappt hat. Und dies scheint ja kein Einzelfall zu sein. Ich rate dringend von Buchung über Traveluro ab. Der günstige Preis unserer Buchung war auch nicht realistisch, wie wir inzwischen wissen.

Gute Erfahrungen

Trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen , die ich erst nach den Buchungen gelesen habe , habe ich diese nicht storniert . Und das war gut . Es hat alles super funktioniert und es gab keine Probleme in den Hotels .
