After booking tickets I had to call TWO times and one email to have my tickets. But still they havent send my tickets(22/07/2025) . I know how its look like a real tickets .They are misleading people.... See more

My mum booked a ticket to Canada Unfortunately while completing the booking mistakenly , not sure it was on our part the last name was left off Travel trolley refused to add the last name despite requesting a copy of the passport We had to cancel it’s now nearly 8 weeks and my elderly mum is still awaiting a refund despite, telling us it will be refunded in 6 weeks I have also emailed twice with no response

Very fast Service
Andy was my operator. I rarely receive such an efficient service from any third party airline service. He identified my issue and gave me a solution immediately. In an age of AI and chatbots Andy is a standout person and his skills communication must be recognized.

I’ll be honest it looks sketchy and I was unsure when booking but they were actually fantastic, I got my tickets within two hours, Kartik was super helpful and their customer support is actually quite good despite the reviews online, would recommend :) only not a 5* because the website was a bit sketchy
I was struggling to get into the China Southern website to book a seat and check in and after several failed attempts with other agents I called again and an agent called Oliver really took the time to help me. He called the airline and merged the calls so I could speak with them directly to solve my issue. I really commend his efforts and costumer service. Thanks Oliver!
**UPDATE** I had a bad experience with this company, which made a stressful situation more stressful. You can see my original post below. To be fair they also replied to this review and reached out to me via email and the conclusion is, they have refunded my money in full for which I am thankful. I’ve added a star onto the review for stepping up and sorting it out but I would still advise to proceed with caution, especially if booking for a short notice flight. I booked a flight to Rome with Travel Trolley the day before I needed to travel and when my ticket didn’t arrive in a couple of hours I was anxious and followed up with them. I heard nothing back. I emailed them repeatedly through the night as their phone number is not operative 24/7 and heard nothing back and still did not receive a ticket. Eventually I had to book another ticket on the same flight direct with BA. It arrived in my inbox almost immediately, as you would expect it to with a legitimate company. I finally received communication from Travel Trolley 1.5 hours before the departure time. They were able to confirm my flight. I explained that as I had not heard from them or received a ticket I had had to make alternative arrangements. I asked for a refund. They offered me £12. I asked for a full refund, approx £175, they refused. I explained what had happened and they refused to refund me and said there was nothing wrong with how they behaved. It’s a scam and they are not a reputable travel company. Please do yourself a favour and avoid. Also worth noting that I found them through Skyscanner where Travel Trolley have a marker against their name as a preferred supplier. Please do not trust this, they will rip you off, cause you anxiety and leave you out of pocket.
Please read through all the bad reviews and do not use this company, no matter how cheap the flights seem! You should avoid their scams if you can. After buying a ‘flexible ticket’. They told me I would have to pay a fee (that’s acceptable and okay) and the flight difference to change my flights which sounded reasonable… They tried to tell me my flight difference (not the price of the flight! Since I already had one booked). Was more expensive than both my outbound and inbound flights. Both flights (2 of them) cost £700. They told me the difference was £400 and that my inbound flight would then cost £750!! The airline we were booked under have personally informed me this is not the price of the flight and the incorrect flight difference. Their customer service is also very rude and does not care.
Thanks to Mr Norman for his assistance with my ticket. Although, I was expecting to a little amount of 50 pounds for additional 4 letters to complete my first name. I ended up paying more, very painful. However, I’m grateful how he handle the situation and we were able to resolve the situation. Thanks once again.
Tarveld 200 miles away from my home closer to airport to catch a flight in next 10 hours. Had and email 11 hours prior to flight that its been cancelled because price we offer you was not right and new prices gone up. Disgusting service. Bunch of useless people sitting at help desk. Hang up the fon every time.
Biggest fraud in flight reservation process. don't book any tickets through direct Travel trolley or via Skyscanner. They will scam you extra hidden charges after you book flights from travel trolley. after I made my flight reservation we have request to share my ticket and they denied to share my tickets and ask me to pay for extra hidden charge and if I not paid they will not share my reservation ticket to me and cancel existing reservation and I will not get 90% refund of flight fare ticket amount. Fraud companies Skyscanner and travel trolley. arrogant and pathetic customer service.

Do not book the ticket from travel trolley if you want to amend or upgrade the flight ticket. They charge you 3times more than normal. Not using travel trolley anymore. Made me pay 50 pound more for an amendable ticket and when i asked to amend the ticket they are asking for 317 pounds. And when I asked if I could upgrade to a deluxe from value fare etihad they are saying you need to pay extra 370 pounds. Not going to use travel trolley again. Customers please be aware. - reply for your response - why didnt your agent provide information that the first change was free and only the fare difference would be taken? Why did they make me pay 50 pounds instead they could have converted my ticket to deluxe. Instead of 50 he 1st asked 150 pound when I said I dont want it he reduced it to 50. This isnt the professional way.
I made a genuine mistake while booking flights through Travel Trolley and realized it almost immediately. I contacted their customer service within 10 minutes of making the booking to request a simple date change — well before any tickets were issued or confirmation emails were even received. Despite this incredibly short timeframe, they refused to help or offer any amendment or refund. The agent I spoke with was dismissive and inflexible, repeatedly citing policy over any kind of logic, fairness, or basic customer care. Any reputable travel agency would allow a short grace period to fix errors like this — especially when contacted so quickly. Travel Trolley’s response was the opposite: no flexibility, no empathy, no escalation. I will never use Travel Trolley again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. Mistakes happen — and when they do, you want to deal with a company that treats you like a person, not a policy violation.
