After booking tickets I had to call TWO times and one email to have my tickets. But still they havent send my tickets(22/07/2025) . I know how its look like a real tickets .They are misleading people.... See more

The staff Kartik was very helpful and guided me through the steps to solve my concern.
Bad service. I tried to call the helpline number 0208 843 4400 but it not working. Additionally emailed them, but no one responded. They have provided a booking reference number, and it does not exist on the airline site.

Make sure you check what’s included. As a treat I recently booked business class flights. It was only after checking with the airline that I discovered that lounge access and seat allocation was not included. These will cost over £500, so it was not what it seemed. Many other companies include these. Travel Trolley should have stated this before offering the tickets. Extremely poor customer service. Ref: KZ8ZSI
I booked ticket cost me 1478£ for me and my family, I canceled the tickets and received 195£ as a refund, for the adult 90£×2=180+15 for child = 195£, from 1478.78 = 1,284.86£ , i didn't wait all this time for this amount of money ,

I would suggest that anyone booking flights, holidays or having any dealings with Travel Trolley to look for alternative agents. Many companies make mistakes, but as a consumer I expect a degree of honesty particular where there is money owed. To-date, I have seen neither an efficient process or honesty by the employees
I recently applied for a ticket through your company and would like to share feedback regarding my experience with your customer service team. On my first call, I was connected with an agent named Felix. Unfortunately, he behaved in a manner that suggested he was completely disinterested in assisting me. Despite my polite approach, his behavior was rude and dismissive, and he eventually hung up the call without resolution. When I called back, another agent answered but similarly disconnected the call halfway through the conversation without any notice. Concerned but still in need of help, I called again. This time, I was quite anxious, fearing I would be connected with Felix once more—and unfortunately, I was. He repeated the same unprofessional behavior. When I asked for his name so that I could make a formal complaint, he abruptly hung up again. Thankfully, on my next attempt, I was connected to an agent named Ayushi. From her first greeting, I could sense her professionalism and courtesy. She patiently listened to my issue and resolved it efficiently. Her approach was reassuring and respectful, and I’m truly grateful for her support. I strongly believe your company values customer service, but I urge you to review the conduct of the representatives you hire. One poorly trained or unprofessional agent can harm the entire reputation of your brand. I left a one-star review—not as a reflection of your entire service, but to bring this matter to your attention. Ayushi, however, deserves a five-star rating for her excellent support. I tried to make a payment, but the card number field was greyed out. This situation is frustrating, especially since the fare has suddenly increased. The platform lacks quality and provides inadequate assistance. Please never, ever try to book from this site if you see the price is cheap. Their customer support is uncooperative, rude, arrogant and pathetic. If you want mental peace, please avoid booking on their platform. I called this morning, but the customer service representative did not recognise my issue and stated, 'More than 1000 people have booked this morning so far, and the website has no issues. I cannot help you.' They were rude and said, "If you have a problem with the site, that's not my issue." Can you expect any help from these people?

After accidentally booking a flight for 3 days, I needed to make changes to 4 days within 24 hours window. While Air India was offering free changes, Travel Trolley insisted on charging me extra and kept giving me conflicting information. Each agent I spoke to had a different story-some blamed Air India, others cited vague aviation rules, but no one provided clear guidance. The customer service was unprofessional, often rude, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, the fees they quoted kept changing every time I called, making the whole process even more frustrating.
Title: Refused Refund for Cancelled Flight – Avoid I booked a Kuwait Airways flight via Travel Trolley (Booking Ref: XKV88V), which was cancelled by the airline. Despite multiple confirmations from the airline that the refund must come through the agent, Travel Trolley continues to delay and mislead, even falsely claiming it was a “schedule change.” I had to make alternative arrangements and have since left the UK. No refund has been issued, and customer service responses are vague and unhelpful. I am now filing a complaint with the CAA and exploring chargeback and legal options. This kind of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
My flight has been canceled; so I have asked for s refund. In the 1st they said it will take 2 weeks to be refunded, which is fine with me, but I actually I did not recieve my mony yet and I been asking about the refund, and every time they tell me defrent reasons, some times , they say it should be in you bank by tomorrow, another time they say 48 hours ,, and some tome money has left their bank . And actually they are not honest.
Thank god my my Mrs is the type of person that needs to arrive at the airport 3 hours early. We were on a once in a lifetime trip to Japan. Arrived at the check in desk to be told out oof our family of four. I was (the dad) was not booked in. When I called Travel Trolley they said because me and my son share the same name, its impossible to book 2 separate tickets with the same name. It was an error on their end and eventually they corrected it except with a spelling mistake. The airport staff even told me in the end to just hang up because the guy on the phone was just an idiot. It took almost an hour of being on the phone with him to resolve. If we had not have been early this would have been a catastrophe. I had to keep coming in and out of the que to the flight supervisor because he kept telling me its all sorted now, only for airport staff to tell me it wasn't and then had the cheek to tell me on the phone whilst waiting to see the flight attendant "tell them to hurry up".
