Buying the policy was easy enough. I have left a neutral score because I didn't make a claim. The value of insurance is only evident when you do that, until then it's impossible to score good or bad.

Bought a cover for future holidays, realised that I got the wrong level and wanted to change. Their customer service was prompt, though wasn’t able to fix in that instance they got the expert the next business day to look into it before finding the right way to go about (which was to cancel with full refund and reorder). They were quick with processing refund and update. Cannot ask for more. 🙏

The company is prompt in responses and making a claim is super easy! I had to make a claim for medical expenses and travel delay and the process was so simple; I was supported through every step! I will not go with anyone else when travelling now and would 100% recommend this company to everyone for travel insurance.

Have yet to go through the claims process but staff on the Australian end were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when my child was taken to hospital in the USA. A case file was set up whilst on the phone, information was relayed to the relevant state in the US and i received a follow up call to see how things were progressing. The American Health system can be difficult to navigate (and expensive) but no issues at all with the information my son provided to the hospital from Travel Protect. From a very concerned mother on the opposite side of the world this was 1 huge weight off my shoulders. Although our first use of your company i will be highly recommend you to everyone. THANK YOU

Great service

My flight got cancelled due to air traffic control issues. Insurance stated they do not cover these types of claims. It’s probably my fault for not reading everything but still.

Easy to buy and understand

You took my money but I did not get my product. No email of the policy so how will I know that I am covered?
