Coverage was easy to understand, and by far the best in comparison to other travel insurance companies. I will definitely use again when I travel again later this year.

The policy was around the best price and had all necessary inclusions. There was no need for us to claim but from what I have seen in reviews that doesn’t seem to be a problem. I saved around $1000 on a family policy compared to an insurer that was recommended by our travel agent. That is real money best put to spending on the holiday.

I have not received a confirmation email for either of the policies I purchased with you. I would like to receive them before Jan 15, as that is the first flight.

All insurance is a waste of money but you still have to get it. These guys were the cheapest. I didn’t have any issues and didn’t need their services.

Not sure why but emails went to junk mail so had to look there for confirmation. Staff was very helpful. Let’s hope they are helpful if I have a claim after my trip!

Easy to navigate website and pick the travel insurance which suits out needs

Absolutely amazing. We lost our luggage on the way over and they were great with helping get a claim started and assuring us we’d be looked after. We made it to a cold country without our coats from our luggage and they sent us straight out to get replacements. The claim was processed and money in my account within a week. Great having that ease when travelling with 2 children under 2 years, kept the positive travel vibes going! Would recommend and will use on our next trip.

Easy to buy travel insurance took 5 mins to book I make a claim my luggage was missing I make a claim they said it’s airline fault compensate with airline what’s the point of buying travel insurance my travel insurance policy my baggage was included have to send more then 7 emails to get through them still pending being 1 month I have travel on 16 Nov very poor service if any thing below 0 I’ll rate them 0 People bought the policy and rated them 5 ⭐️ because easy to purchase but if they claim then they will know what actually it is to make claim poor service .Wouldn’t recommended anyone to get the travel insurance from this .

Reasonably priced with decent inclusions if something had gone wrong. Luckily for me I didn't get to use it, of course this makes a proper review impossible. Certainly purchasing and receiving policy was straightforward but I can't say what happens if one has to make a claim.
