Smoothest process and clearest claim process you can imagine. More than happy to insure with Travel Protect again.

Unable to assess your product properly as there was not any need to make a claim. Pricing was average and the coverage great.

Reasonable price. But as I fortunately didn’t have to make a claim can’t really say how well they may have been.

Basic questionnaire to fill ou out only issue lost contact half way through call and no one called back so I recalled and had different operator so had to start all over again ..

We are travelling in our van so only wished to take out insurance for the fare across Bass Strait and back, if for some reason we had to cancel. This company had a simple policy that covered that, and it was an easy procedure and the premium was reasonable. We are not travelling for another 6 months so cannot comment on their claims process.

Very easy to navigate.

Easy and helpful, even with a claim. The purchase was simple and quick with the cover documents being sent through immediately. We made a claim after my wife caught covid in Japan. They covered the Dr's appt, medication and seperate accomodation for quarantine purposes. The claim took 24hrs to process and was really simple, no phone calls just a form and one email. The excess was $220 which is reasonable compared to other travel insurers which can be $400+.

Very good value for money and not in your face. Nice to know we had peace of mind even though we had a safe trip.

Third time choosing Travel Protect (Battleface) Insurance. After again comparing their fine print they still seem to have the highest and widest range of coverage for my needs. It’s usually a given that Cancellation Cover is as much as you selected (and have paid extra for) however most limit it to as low as $2,500 each traveller! Travel Protect have a higher sub limit of $8,000 per traveller.
