Travel Protect

I have used Travel Protect a few times on previous trips as it was cheap and really easy to use, especially when taking a policy for multiple people. On my most recent trip I had to make a claim and the process was extremely easy and streamlined, with the team responding within a few hours. Simply told them what had happened, uploaded my supporting documents and I received my payment within a few days. Very happy with my experience and I will most definitely continue to use Travel Protect Insurance on all holidays going forward.

Was an easy process and follow up customer service was very fast. I hope not to make a claim but as I haven't I can't comment on the most important side of insurance, the follow through. Hence a 5 is not realistic at this stage

This company has been my best ever experience of making an insurance claim. We had to cancel a 5 day tour while we were away on holiday and arrange further accommodation due to being unable to travel with Covid. From the initial phone call discussing our predicament, great support and advise given, continued care as to how we were going and then on our return with lodging a claim. Supportive, personal, diligent and so helpful. Excellent price for insurance too. Thoroughly recommend after our experience.

Brought cruise travel covid cover, I got covid 9 days b4 boarding, they refused to pay refund cruise cost, even though it said cover costs if I had covid. Don't waste your money with covid cover.

Very easy and reasonably priced travel insurance. Gave peace of mind. However we had no need to claim so we are not sure how it would work if needing to claim.
