We had an EXCELLENT experience. We had taken the ski package and halfway into your holiday my husband fractured his rib and wrist snowboarding. The team looked after us, all bills covered and an upgrade to business class from Paris to Australia as it was impossible for my husband to sit upright in our economy seats. Everything was communicated with a lot of care and concern. Will use them on all future overseas trips.

I haven't had experience in a claim application my comments are purely based on the purchase of the insurance I found the website easy to follow. The insurance covered what I thought I might require with travel in Australia. Other members of the group paid less , but I assumed it was due to my being over seventy.
I Was expecting the policy for three travellers to be treated as one policy as there is only one policy number however for cancellation cost insured amount is then divided by three and with 3 seperate excesses You don't see this until you get 3 separate emails details the cover per person Company needs to be a bit more transparent

Hi! When I entered my age, 77, my DoB autofilled as 1948 instead of 1947. I tried to correct this many times and thought I had done so. My policy lists my year of birth as 1948 instead of 1947. When I ‘replied’ to correct this I received a ‘address not recognised’ message. I am anxious that this could be interpreted as misinformation.
