We never received our policy via email and we’re not able to locate our policy number etc. i went down with bali belly and am now out of pocket $600. Not good enough

I just filled out travel insurance with travel protect now for my family of 7 and I was not able to put my 8mth old baby actual birth date to complete the transaction because he is not 1 year old and there’s no other option for under one year old? Does this mean babies don’t need travel insurance? I had to write 02/10/2024 to complete the transaction which is yesterday’s date so that he met the 0 age requirement??? But his actual birth date is January 18/2024.

Easy process

The policy was easy to buy and had flexible options. I phoned to speak to someone the next day in relation to the policy and they were very helpful. I have not claimed so cannot comment on that experience

When I did a comparison quote Covid was covered so I purchased the insurance before we travel to Bali When I received the certificate of insurance there is no mention of Covid being covered It’s is very vague and doesn’t clearly states Covid is covered which is a requirement before entering Bali do we had to cancel and still waiting on my refund
