It was easy online to follow and was the cheapest.
Had to put a claim in when my son and I got ill in bali, put claim in on a Saturday morning when we got home, claim approved on Monday and money paid into bank on Tuesday, easy claim process will definitely use for next trip, can't recommend enough.

Be careful of limits when purchasing. The limits per claim are halved as to what is on the website once you purchase. It is misleading that on the website it claims you have coverage for example of $500,000 for personal liability but really it is only $250,000/person. Similarly with personal accident on website showing $100,000 but it is only $50,000 per person when booked to cover a couple.

It was simple and easy to sign up and organise our travel insurance. The price was very reasonable and competitive so well done ! Let’s just hope we don’t actually need to use it while we are away but it’s nice knowing we have it there as a back up.
The insurance cover was not clear. It did not cover firearm for loss or theft during travel to hunt in South Africa. I requested clarification by email and they provided answer that it was not cover. l requested refund which they arranged for me in the following days.

Really happy with the cost and the ease of purchasing the product. Purchased the travel insurance just before we left for Asia. No issues at all. We did our research across a number of companies and different platforms and found this product to be cost effective, broad in scope and offered similar results for injury, dental or loss of property, flight delays etc… I would happily purchase this product t again
