We found Carla an excellent tour adviser / counsellor and could not have wished for anything more . Carla took time to properly understand what we wanted from our holiday and matched that perfectly with our budget . Carla went above and beyond expectations using her local knowledge of the area to advise on which winery to visit , where to shop and which restaurants to visit . When we were in South Africa Carla even took the time to give us brilliant recommendations on where to stop when driving long distances . Carla really cared about giving us the best trip and her love and passion for her country really shone through in everything she recommended for us to do . We really could not have asked for more so a BIG thankyou to Carla and the team behind her for everything that she did for us . We would definitely recommend Carla to our friends and will be using her again . Thankyou !

I gave Hayley a general idea for a holiday in Portugal. She translated that into a perfect experience that took into account all our needs. Then she refined the choices so that it exceeded expectations. She knew exactly what she was doing and made sure we had a great travel experience as well. Every detail down to dinner reservation on the first night!! And to top it all, when a flight was delayed, she got the info to us in time in order to enjoy more time on the beach! Beat that!!

I am always the one booking flights, hotels etc and this year I wanted to take away some of the stress. Carla was amazing in helping me find the best price to the hotel we selected. I also thought it was very thoughtful of Carla to reach out and let us know when certain attractions were planned for maintenance during our trip.

We had a flawless family holiday booked and organised by Gemma Cochrane at Travel Counsellors, Gemma had listened to our needs as a family from start to finish answering all questions in depth going above and beyond when preparing our airport assistance for safe travels to our flights, coach transfers and hotel. Having Gemma at the end of the phone reduced stress which made us feel at ease when in and out of the country. My Confidence exceeded my expectations due to Gemma Cochrane taking the essential information of what we needed as a family to have memorable holiday in Rhodes, this was because of an outcome of Gemma having a passionate way of effectively communicating with us to ensure that we were able to understand, while being open to a wide range of questions. Wonderful villa with spectacular views. Really well equipped, great spaces, nice pool and outdoor dining.

Our agent Jenny Philp was excellent throughout our process of booking which made everything very smooth. Very accommodating in finding the right package for our group. From finding accommodation and researching various options, booking cars and catering for us with the use of the airport lounges, all was fantastic, so thank you.

Tracy has done it again! She has produced the best itinerary for our honeymoon to Austria. We knew we wanted to go to Mayrhofen to continue a family tradition but Tracy did the rest. We used the wedding gift registry and it was seamless. Thanks to Tracy and our famous friends and family, we had the best honeymoon! ;-)

Fantastic service from Nicky at TC , was a trip that needed to be arranged at short notice , but she was highly efficient , professional and extremely helpful and understanding . She also emailed the hotel on our behalf and we were very well looked after . Both The Elysium hotel and holiday were perfect , and we had a fantastic trip . Thank you Nicky

Our travel counsellor michelle wood organised our trip to canada sorting out ever detail. Michelle organised hotels, private car transfers, cruise, visa's etc with precision and care. Our holiday was bespoke and the advise given based upon when and where to travel was enhanced by Michelle's vast knowledge and experience. This was the best holiday experience we have ever had and all the stress of arranging this was taken away by michelle . We just turned up... thankyou michelle

I recently travelled with them and they made everything simple from booking extra assistance on plane to dinner reservations. It was as if they held my hand every inch of the way. They were excellent in keeping in touch and seemed to simplify my travel documents, for example printing out the boarding passes.

Everything regarding our cruise was streamlined and as much detail was filled in by our councillor to make our cruise boarding as easy and enjoyable as could be

Thank you very much, Emma Diamond, for arranging our family holiday to Scotland. We had a fantastic time, both accommodations in Edinburgh and Ardliu Retreat were fabulous, we loved both of them. In Edinburgh The Pavilion at Lamb's was a beautiful period property, it was close to the city, very accessible to Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh Castle, other sites and restaurants. In Ardlui Resort the Lodge, located along Loch Lamond, was very scenic, picturesque, calm and relaxing. There was plenty to do for kids and adults. The activities were easily accessible within a short drive. We were easily able to get two childrens car seats from Enterprise Car Hire after arranging it with a phone call. All in all we had a fantastic time, thanks again to you and your team.

My travel councillor, Mel, was excellent and understood our wishes for our recent trip to Paris. Every excursion was well organised. She also included information on extra places we could go to see and where to eat, etc. Also having all our travel itinerary and documents on the app that we was really useful. We felt in very safe hands.

Emma was fantastic from start to finish, got us the best price and was very informative of the destination. Emma checked us all in and sorted boarding passes and luggage labels making it all very stress free! Would 100% recommend Emma to family and friends. Thanks for making it a great experience

We had the most incredible family holiday to Bali, all thanks to Kathy at Travel Counsellors. Every detail of the trip was so thoughtfully planned, from the perfect balance of activities that suited all ages, to the fantastic selection of unique and memorable hotels.
