We had a flawless family holiday booked and organised by Gemma Cochrane at Travel Counsellors, Gemma had listened to our needs as a family from start to finish answering all questions in depth going above and beyond when preparing our airport assistance for safe travels to our flights, coach transfers and hotel. Having Gemma at the end of the phone reduced stress which made us feel at ease when in and out of the country. My Confidence exceeded my expectations due to Gemma Cochrane taking the essential information of what we needed as a family to have memorable holiday in Rhodes, this was because of an outcome of Gemma having a passionate way of effectively communicating with us to ensure that we were able to understand, while being open to a wide range of questions.
