It was my first time booing a cruise. Kayleigh was very helpful and responsive to my many questions and requirements. I would highly recommend booking a holiday or cruise with Kayleigh as she makes it stress free.

All the (many) travel arrangements went really smoothly and our contact both in the UK (Julie Morris) and Costa Rica (Joshua Montoya) were really on the ball and helpful. We therefore felt that we were fully supported. The Costa Rican guides also get a 5* because they were knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. My only comments are about the hike up the Arenal Volcano on 11th July. It was really not worth it because it was up a short way/back down and then up a grassy hillock where we met the minibus (should have taken 40 mins, if that). I did a 2 hour round trip hike the day before at the closer park (20 mins from hotel) and that was great. My other comment is about the accommodation. It was all very nice but the Monteverde Lodge was a little noisy (very thin walls, lots of school trips and no pool on site) and it would have been nice for Plaza Yara to be a little closer to Manuel Antonio and a beach if you don't have a car (although it was otherwise excellent - I think that one and Turtle Beach Lodge were our favourites). The busy roads are not great for walking along and while the Uber service was good we didn't always want to catch one.

We have a first class service with travel counsellors, jane is always available if needed before, while, and after our trips. Jane will send all paperwork and ticket if needed. Would highly recommend using travel counsellors.

Dan Hyams was really great throughout us booking our dream honeymoon. He was really patient and took the time to listen to what we wanted even as we changed our minds as prices and options came through. We had a fantastic time on our honeymoon to Mauritius and Dubai, the places Dan found ticked everything we wanted from incredible food, the amazing facilities and romantic moments and great excursions, everything was sorted from flights to transfers and it made everything so easy and stress free for us. Highly reccomend

We had an amazing week in Tuscany travelling around 3 cities and 1 hotel nestled in the Chianti hills. It is fantastic to have reassurance that someone knowledgable of the area we were staying in were booking the hotels so knew they would be of a certain standard.., It is great fact that if you have any queries or problems you can ask Hannah whilst away and she comes back quickly.. Peace of mind that when booking a car they will ensure that all the insurances you need are in place. Highly recommend

Jodie was incredible from start to finish. Very proactive and reactive, patient and understanding. Very reassuring and remained with us every step of the way. Communication excellent. Helped to plan the most amazing experience and all planned to perfection. Holiday went so smoothly which took away all the stress and allowed us to experience an amazing time away. I can’t recommend Debbie highly enough! Right from the first phone call she was determined to give us the holiday that suited us as a family of 4. She saved me hours and hours of time finding the right flight options and then two wonderful hotels that we all loved. The locations were fantastic with so much to do and see. She organised local trips out for us too. It was such an easy and relaxing experience especially as Debbie also sent us every travel document we might need and checked us in to all our flights. We felt so lucky to have found her and will definitely be asking her to book out next holiday! Thanks so much Debbie!

Great service provided by Katie Collis. There were a couple of issues that cropped up during our holiday and Katie was on hand to deal with them quickly and efficiently.

We travelled to a Sweden for a trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. So we were looking for hotels with a bit of personality rather than anything corporate. Jo recommended the Hobo Hotel in Stockholm which was spot on. Individual, centrally located and a little bit quirky. Our second hotel was The Arctic Bath in Swedish Lapland - rather more remote but a fabulous location nonetheless. An amazing place to take time out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Booked this trip of 9 nights to Dubrovnik with Claire and wow what a trip. The B&B was good and the holiday is one of the best we have had. Knowing that Claire of Travel Counsellors is always able to answer our querys wether its before our departure or at our destination is very reassuring and certainly helps.
