We are especially grateful to Susan, our Travel Counsellor, whose expert planning, suite recommendations, and thoughtful touches made the entire trip seamless. If you want an elegant, tranquil retreat with impeccable service, dreamy views, and a true feeling of being spoiled, Asimina Suites is simply unbeatable.

Have just spent 3 weeks in Canada. The help I get from my Travel Counsellor in booking tickets , the right seat and in this case a last minute Upgrade have given me confidence that any problem is quickly sorted.

Natalie from Travel Counsellors is amazing! She has helped us with two holidays now and I would recommend her service to anyone. She finds the perfect holiday for you to suit your needs, prints all the documents for you, contacts the hotel with your requests and keeps an eye on things when you are away (contacting you through the app about delays, transfers etc). Martin took the time to really understand what we wanted, and then crafted the perfect holiday. Every detail was taken care of—flights, private transfers and accommodation. Cannot fault TC’s and in particular Natalie. Anytime we contacted her there was an answer on the other end of the phone from booking to actually been on holiday.

Excellent service from initial enquiry onwards. Dawn provided a couple of holiday options which showed she had understood what we were looking for. Final choice suited our family well.

Andy Tooth gave an excellent service and helped us to book our stay in Portugal including assistance at the airport and support with medication requirements. The hotel was of an excellent standard and we were thoroughly happy with the services offered by the staff and hotel. The free shuttle busses allowed access to 2 extra beaches and the old town of Albufeira which was great for shopping. I can't recommend travel counsellors enough and especially Andy Tooth whose attention to detail and customer service is second to none.

My experience from the start with Anne was excellent, nothing was too much. Anne literally took the stress away from booking a family holiday. Hotel was amazing cannot fault, holiday as a whole was amazing, Anne checked in making sure all was good. Honestly using Travel Councellors was the best decision and won’t hesitate to use again and recommend.

It always feels like a bespoke holiday, tailor made for our family. Elaine will take all our needs and budget and ensure we get something suitable to the group travelling. This time was especially challenging as we were a travelling party of 14 with a mix of new and well seasoned travellers, grandparents and young children. Plenty of options, Seamless booking, updates and coordinated check in. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was brilliant, it was just the very steep hill going up to the hotel, would not suit anyone with mobility issues

Jodie really understood our families needs and delivered a holiday that met all our expectations. She is super helpful and took all the stress out of planning and organising our holiday.

We have just had the holiday of a lifetime with the seamless assistance of Cath (Bishops Stortford). Most stress free travel we have ever done and everything was thought of, highly recommend.
