The grill itself is fantastic - easy to use and produces restaurant-quality results. My only complaint is how expensive the pellets are, and you go through them pretty quickly on longer cooks.

Does a nice job with most foods but struggles to get really high heat for searing. Also wish the hopper was bigger - constantly refilling pellets during long cooks.

Love the cooking results but the WiFi feature is frustratingly unreliable. Constantly having to reconnect and sometimes the app just won't connect at all. Great grill when it works properly.

Had an issue with my auger and their support team walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. Fixed the problem quickly and they even sent replacement parts just in case.
