To the Cloud Vapor Store Reviews

I made a large purchase from this online store, when I received my package my package was mishandled and was packaged terribly, you’d think when spending more than 250$ you’d get a box with some protection and not a thin bubble mailer that can’t protect anything from damage or theft, they also forgot a part of my order when they shipped it out. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. They didn’t seem to care at all from start to finish. The product is great luckily it wasn’t damaged even though the box was smashed because of the way it was packaged. Now look at this trash reply from this company claiming I’m a Karen because I was missing things from my order and was upset that I spend 300$ and everything was shipped in a 50 cent bubble mailer haha what a joke of a company

Tyler was very responsive and worked with me to get the best possible deal on my trade-in. He assisted in letting me know when the vape that I desired would be back in stock. Although they were super busy, they responded to my chats quickly even though I was bugging them often. They have a good clean website that is easy to navigate. Top notch!

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company/website! They had pieces that I needed that NOBODY else had and with great prices & extremely fast delivery. But to top it off was their customer service, especially Tyler. He helped answering every question I had almost immediately. I couldn’t recommend shopping here enough!

Great service and speedy replacement when one of my items was not perfect. Appreciate the care!

I'm a med patient and vaporizers are primarily a medical device. There are so many vaporizers and SO MANY opinions that it's hard to sort through it all. TTCVS has the best, most engaged staff I've ever met. I spent months texting back and forth with a staff member to figure out the best vaporizer for me. T. listened and recommended two options. I bought one of his recs after doing a lot of my own research. He cut through all the BS and really came through for me. I also love their test-drive policy–it's the only way to see if a piece works. TTCVS earned a life-long customer. After my awesome experience, I won't buy a vaporizer anywhere else.

I recently purchased from this vape store and I'm beyond pleased with my experience. Not only were their prices competitive, offering great value without compromising on quality, but the speed of delivery was astonishing. To my delightful surprise, my order arrived in Hawaii just 3 days after purchase - a feat that surpasses most of my experiences with items shipped from the mainland. This level of service and efficiency has left me thoroughly impressed. I am delighted with my purchase and this store has certainly earned my loyalty. Moving forward, it will be my first port of call for similar products.

Great experience.. multiple times.. bravo. Good communication, quick shipping and frequent discounts make this my go-to vapor store. Highly recommended.

They are a terrific vendor and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Their inventory is expansive, they have all the latest and greatest products, their support team responds quickly to any requests, they are authorized retailers for what they sell so you get full warranty coverage, I've found deals here that nobody else comes close to, and to top it all off their shipping is fast! Can't say enough about these guys- don't hesitate to buy from them!

Spent almost six hundred dollars with these people almost two weeks ago. Been nothing but hassle since day one. And still having received my package. i'm f$#%^d because I traded Them something worth five hundred dollars for two hundred dollars. They send you a package that you have to sign for. U p s gives you four hours the day of. I missed it asked them to redirect it and hold it at a u p s and now nobody can find it. If I don't get it tomorrow I send it back. But really what happens then? Because they're not gonna give me the money They owe me for what I traded. Response, horrible shipping experience. As of right now, the unit is not working properly. Gonna check it out more tomorrow and then I'll update again. Update gave me a 4 hour window 20 minutes before the window started. Obviously I missed it. Then I get the same window for the next day. SO i PAY to get them to hold my package. They tell me it's at ups, it's not. Next day, no update. I call, nobody knows where it's at. Just says pending. Ofcourse I mad. On top of that. I'm a headache because I wanted you to price match, like you say you do. You refused because I sold you a $500 puffco peak pro? With $120 custom glass, caps tethers and a spare chamber. Even though every1 else on your site could use a code , you worded our agreement to f me out of the same $130 every other customer got off the price.you swindled me from the very beginning. I pray this thing actually produces vapor next time I use it. I WILL give you a honest update on here about this unit later. For now, my problem is with customer service and shipping. 12/20/2023 12/26/23 All this is a lie "Along the way the customer was trying to change his coupon offer to cash. Something we explained to him multiple times before AND IN THE AGREEMENT would decrease the offer. He then started saying his Guardian was worth $800. (new with OEM glass they are $500). In business you cannot win them all , however that does not preclude us from offering the best customer service we can to him and other problem customers." Straight lie, they have a unit like mine, way older model, for $800 on the page. What's crazy is Tyler is making all kind of crazy stuff up. But not one time has he said that the unit works properly. Lmao DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

These guys Rock. I appreciate the Free Upgrade, I’ll be back !! Thanks Again!!!

This is the only place I but my vapor products. They have best prices and customer service, hands down. This company goes above and beyond to help their customers. Tyler has always made sure things are good with purchase and went the extra mile numerous times over the years. Thanks guys!!

My husband wanted a Storz & Bickel Crafty+ vaporizer for our anniversary. We have a Volcano (which we adore 💗) and really wanted to be able to experience vaporizing our flower on the go. We did tons of research & found that...To the Cloud Vapor Store not only had thee best price & superb Customer service...they also had free shipping! It was literally cheaper for us to buy from them, then to go to a local Vegas area vapor shop! And talk about great customer service...I contacted them through their online chat and via text, because we were getting ready to leave on an anniversary vacation & wanted to make sure we would receive our new Crafty+ before our trip... I received a response immediately through both channels and was assured we would receive our anniversary gift in time! That kind of care and attention to detail in this day and age is really outstanding! Such good Karma!! Plus it sure is nice to patronize a small business here in the US.👌🏻 We absolutely are over the Moon with our new Crafty+!! That thing is worth every penny! We have found that both the Volcano and the Crafty+ use so little flower..and better affect!!🎉 Really stretches your flower and money! 😁 We will definitely be using To the Cloud Vapor Store for all our Vapor needs! Thank you from the very happy O'Carrolls.💚

Great customer service and fast shipping! I received an item that was not functioning properly, and they responded quickly then shipped a replacement immediately.

Extremely professional staff (shout out to Tyler) that go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I purchased a product and returned it under their trial period. Very smooth process from start to finish, they even went out of their way to pick up my delivery for me. This company truly has customer satisfaction first and foremost. Highly recommended.

The entire purchase process was smooth and easy. I had a lot of questions and the staff was very responsive. The device I ordered was perfectly matched to my needs.

This store is incredible. First they helped ship out the purchase in a manner that it arrived at the destination I was heading to on vacation. Next, they helped me with the extended time frame since I had trouble returning once the trial period was done. Best prices on all volcanoes. Great customer service!

Just purchased from Cloud Vapor store. I had a problem with shipping and was able to speak to an associate within minutes. Even after receiving my package I had problems setting up the device and they were there once again for support. Amazing deals here and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top tier vaporizer

Prompt and friendly customer service. Shipped out right away and arrived in three days across the country. Can't ask for much more than that. Thank you To The Cloud!! Update. Got a new puffco peak pro v2 from to the cloud, and once again they were there to help me out with the order, give me a great deal, and ship out right away to get me the device by the end of that same week. I needed some help getting adjusted to the puffco from using the Carta2, and Tyler from TTC was extremely patient and helpful with answering questions and giving advice. I'd 100% recommend to the cloud to anyone looking for great value and friendly, helpful C/S.

Went out of their way to make sure my order came in to make my girl’s birthday special. Awesome customer service and great prices.

Highly recommend! Tyler helped me choose between vapes via an ongoing email conversation. He listened to me and gave me the practical advice I needed to pick the right whole flower vape. I ended up buying two and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a first time vape user and I don’t know if I ever want to go back to smoking. I use medicinally as well as recreationally and the quality of the high is gentler and smoother. And I get the most out of the flavor, I can savor each bowl. I ended up with the Mighty Plus and it’s incredible. I can toke on it like an old fashioned pipe. I also have the Pax which is more discrete and portable. Thanks To the Cloud!
