Don't do it till they fix how they ship
Spent almost six hundred dollars with these people almost two weeks ago. Been nothing but hassle since day one. And still having received my package. i'm f$#%^d because I traded Them something worth five hundred dollars for two hundred dollars. They send you a package that you have to sign for. U p s gives you four hours the day of. I missed it asked them to redirect it and hold it at a u p s and now nobody can find it. If I don't get it tomorrow I send it back. But really what happens then? Because they're not gonna give me the money They owe me for what I traded. Response, horrible shipping experience. As of right now, the unit is not working properly. Gonna check it out more tomorrow and then I'll update again. Update gave me a 4 hour window 20 minutes before the window started. Obviously I missed it. Then I get the same window for the next day. SO i PAY to get them to hold my package. They tell me it's at ups, it's not. Next day, no update. I call, nobody knows where it's at. Just says pending. Ofcourse I mad. On top of that. I'm a headache because I wanted you to price match, like you say you do. You refused because I sold you a $500 puffco peak pro? With $120 custom glass, caps tethers and a spare chamber. Even though every1 else on your site could use a code , you worded our agreement to f me out of the same $130 every other customer got off the price.you swindled me from the very beginning. I pray this thing actually produces vapor next time I use it. I WILL give you a honest update on here about this unit later. For now, my problem is with customer service and shipping. 12/20/2023 12/26/23 All this is a lie "Along the way the customer was trying to change his coupon offer to cash. Something we explained to him multiple times before AND IN THE AGREEMENT would decrease the offer. He then started saying his Guardian was worth $800. (new with OEM glass they are $500). In business you cannot win them all , however that does not preclude us from offering the best customer service we can to him and other problem customers." Straight lie, they have a unit like mine, way older model, for $800 on the page. What's crazy is Tyler is making all kind of crazy stuff up. But not one time has he said that the unit works properly. Lmao DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
